This cozy vacation rental is perfect for up to 3 people; it’s located in a low-traffic area and is just a few minutes’ walk from downtown, the sandy beach, and the Ahoi swimming pool. The newly furnished, 3-room, non-smoking vacation apartment is located on a traffic-calmed side street in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. The apartment is on the first floor of Building An in the Padua complex and features two bedrooms as well as a living room with an integrated kitchenette and a southwest-facing balcony.
A small entryway leads to the open-concept living area with an integrated kitchenette, the adjacent bathroom with a window, and the bedrooms.
The bright living room features a seating area, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a separate dining area. The kitchenette integrated into the living room is equipped with, among other things, four electric burners and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm), two single beds (90x200 cm), and storage space.
A parking space in the building’s courtyard is also available for this apartment. Additional parking is available in the surrounding side streets.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.

The small balcony faces south.

Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. — return the key to the rental office or via the communal mailbox.
