This spacious 4-room duplex apartment is perfect for families as well as for a cozy wellness weekend for two. In addition to the master bedroom with a panoramic lake view of Neuwerk Island, there are two additional bedrooms with one or two single beds in the attic, as well as a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. You can also enjoy an ideal lake view from the larger of the two balconies.
A fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area is at your disposal, as are cable TV in the living room and a stereo system with a CD player. A telephone and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. The apartment includes an outdoor parking space for a car. A sauna is available in the building, and the “Ahoi” swimming pool with a fitness center and wellness center is within easy walking distance.
