The newly renovated vacation rental is located on the first floor, about 7 km south of Memmingen. The Woringen exit on the A7 highway is just about 4 minutes away.

The apartment is situated in a wonderfully quiet location on the edge of the forest and features a west-facing balcony where you can enjoy relaxing evenings.

The 80 m² apartment accommodates up to 2 people and consists of:

a cozy living room
a well-equipped kitchen
a bedroom
a bathroom

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, as well as a washer and dryer located in the basement. A crib and a high chair are also available.

Woringen offers excellent access to the Allgäu cycling network. Bicycles and e-bikes can be safely stored and charged free of charge in the garage in front of the parking lot.

In the village itself, you’ll find a butcher shop, a bakery, and a beverage store that also carries basic groceries. Additional shopping options, such as Aldi, Lidl, Norma, Edeka, and dm, are located on the southern outskirts of Memmingen, only about 7 km away.

Attractions in the immediate vicinity include the Ottobeuren Basilica (about 12 km away) and the Swabian Farm Museum in Illerbeuren (about 8 km away). Thanks to excellent highway access, you can reach attractive destinations such as Neuschwanstein Castle, Oberstdorf, Lindau on Lake Constance, the Allgäu Skyline Park, or Center Parcs Park Allgäu in Leutkirch in just 30 to 60 minutes.

Allgäu Airport is only 12 km away.

Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.

The holiday home is in a small village, but there are a few shops (bakery, butcher, small grocery shop). It’s perfect for exploring the Allgau /Bayern area. We went on day trips to Memmingen, KZ-Gedenkstätte Dachau, Neuschwanstein and Lindau, all within driving distance.The apartment is roomy and comfortable. Everything we needed was there, and to be able to use a washing machine and a dryer was a bonus. Everything was clean, and in a good condition. It was quiet and quite peaceful. There was plenty of information about things to do and to see. The wifi was good. Check in was easy, as we had an email beforehand with all the information to get the key etc. Would definitely stay there again.
