On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (fuel oil). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and leads over 1 step directly in the hallway with wardrobe, lounge and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, fireplace, lounge, TV and DVD. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and (Refrigerator = fridge-freezer). Hall with Dining area (4 seats), the living room and the hallway are open-plan and provide a total area of approx. 28 square metres. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and without WC. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window. In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
Location Gingst. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. Communal rooms with washing machine, electric tumble dryer (use subject to a charge) and storage for bicycles are also available. Parking (for 1 car) in a carport and on the property. For fire safety reasons, vehicles with fully or partially electric drive (e.g. those with an E registration) may not be parked on the access road or on the grounds of the guesthouse, not even briefly for loading or unloading, or parked. Access to the property is via routes outside the public road network.
Special Central heating (oil). Children's toys, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, books, DVDs and/or music for children, iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via satellite. For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection.
