Peace and quiet on your vacation, comfortable homes in condominium

It is a set of five cottages, being: living room and kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed in the room, accommodating and 4 people and the living room a bed-box (sofa bed) that accommodates 1 person (all with ceiling fans), garage and service area. The cottages are facing the street, leaving the part of the funds a huge lawn, which also serves as a recreational part. These properties are located on the beach of Cockaigne, the most beautiful beach Caraguatatuba with full infrastructure, with three islands, the largest being the island of anteater. Great place for boats, kayaking, water skiing, snorkeling, hiking, etc. 24 hour security in the Green Sea Condominium, where we are situated, with exclusive access to the beach of Cockaigne

Paz e tranquilidade!
A principal qualidade é a recepção do Sr. Gennaro, foi super prestativo e uma simpatia. O chalé é um charme, simples, muito limpo e aconchegante. Não faltou nada, a cozinha é completa. Fomos com nosso bull terrier e fomos muito bem recebidos. tem muito espaço pra quem quer viajar com seu filhote de 4 patas. Voltaremos com certeza.

muito bom, vale a pena!
Passamos o feriado de 20/11 no chalé 3, o Sr. Genaro nos atendeu super bem, o chalé comporta bem um casal e duas crianças como descrito até 5 pessoas. No chalé todos os utensílios de cozinha inclusive microondas que ajuda muito. O pessoal na portaria super educados. Se quiser dá pra ir à pé praia porém tem que andar um pouco, uns 1000mts, se não vá de carro que é tranquilo. Gostamos muito e pretendemos voltar.

Gostamos bastante da estrutura do chalé, bem equipado (acima do esperado)micro-ondas, excelente fogão, geladeira, utensílios de cozinha completo, de boa qualidade, facas de corte, copos de vidro ( em outros lugares que estivemos, era vidro de condimentos), enfim tudo higiênico, colchão novo, de qualidade razoável. O Sr. Gennaro, demonstra interesse em atender bem o cliente não somente através de sua atenção, mas, especialmente nos cuidados com os detalhes que o chalé oferece ao usuário. Um diferencial oferecido pelo sr. Gennaro, é permitir o check-in no dia anterior após as 17:00 hs, o que facilita o aproveitamento total do 1º dia da reserva.

Roseli - Guarulhos - Posso afirmar que de fato .. após 40 anos .. essas foram minhas melhores férias... o lugar é simplesmente lindo, exuberante, um sonho difícil de acordar. O chalé de excelente qualidade, higiênico e fácil acesso... eu desejo a todos que possam viver momentos maravilhosos como eu vivi... e digo com fé em Jeová eu voltarei enumeras vezes nesse pedacinho de paraíso.....
