Located in a residential area, it is a five minute taxi ride to the nearby modern El Paseo Shopping Mall complete with shops, food court, theater and grocery store or a 15-20 minute easy walk along the beach. A ten minute taxi ride takes you to the heart of downtown Salinas to all the seafood restaurants and beach boardwalk. Relax by the pools or take a stroll on the beach just steps from your condo.
