The spacious, 50 m² Apartment 15 at “Casa Nova” in Kühlungsborn is located on the first floor of the building and can accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment features two balconies and is divided into a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It is approximately 200 meters from the beach and the promenade.

In the open-concept living area, a couch with two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system invite you to enjoy relaxing evenings. From here, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony and enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. The integrated dining area is generously furnished to seat two people. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The adjacent kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. There is ample storage space for your groceries.

In the apartment’s bedroom, you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). A large wardrobe with a mirrored door offers plenty of storage space. From the bedroom, you have access to the apartment’s second balcony. The couch in the living area is a pull-out sofa bed, providing a sleeping area (150 x 200 cm) for one additional person. You can use the curtains provided for privacy or to block out the light.

A light-filled bathroom with natural light, featuring a shower, toilet, towel dryer, hair dryer, and a sink with counter space, rounds out the overall appeal of this vacation rental. Window film has been applied for privacy. The floors in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom feature Mediterranean-style tile. In the living area and bathroom, you can enjoy switchable underfloor heating during cold days.

The apartment is equipped to be allergy-friendly. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental.

The “Casa Nova” building is located in the second row, right in the center of Kühlungsborn West. You can park your car in the underground parking garage (entry height 1.98 m). You can safely store any bicycles you bring with you or rent in the bicycle storage room.
