Bright, welcoming holiday rental renovated in 2026, located on the 1st floor with a large south/west-facing balcony. The spacious, cosy living room features a large dining table and a comfortable sofa area with leather sofas and armchairs, inviting you to relax. The bedroom features a large double bed, and the adjoining second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower enclosure. The kitchen is new and includes a small dining area, dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator. The train passing by the house causes little disturbance, as soundproof windows have been installed. All windows have exterior shutters.
