This comfortable apartment "Brockenhexe" you will find:

It offers 45 square meters of space for 4 people and leaves nothing to be desired.

The living room has a sofa area, a cozy dining area, TV flatscreen, a stereo system with CD player and a DVD player.

The bedroom has a queen size bed (double bed 140 x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. It is separated by a glass door to the living room.

The second bedroom (children's room) has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The existing wall cabinets provide ample storage space.

The kitchen is equipped with all accessories such as kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, microwave, pizza oven, dishes, glasses and cutlery and a fridge freezer.

The bathroom has a shower and a mirrored wardrobe. Of course, a hair dryer is available.

The balcony invites you to linger and sniff the Harz. It is equipped with garden chairs, cushions and a folding balcony table. A table grill is not missing.

In addition, you will find in the apartment an iron, an ironing board, a clothes horse (a launderette is available for a fee) and a vacuum cleaner.

Parking spaces are sufficiently available in the holiday park.

Bed linen and towels you can bring or book as an additional option.
Please note that the double bed has a size of 1.40 x 2.00 m - for the choice of fitted sheet).
The optional linen package, as well as tourist tax and the one-time final cleaning fee of 35.00 Euro, will be charged separately on site via our holiday service and are to be paid there.

We love animals - but not in our apartment. It is a non-smoking apartment.

Es war eine schöne und saubere Wohnung.Sehr modern eingerichtet und mit viel Komfort. Eine kleine Anregung, einen mini Backofen wo man auch mal Brötchen aufbacken kann. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit der Vermittlung war sehr nett reibungslos.

Die Kommunikation ist erschwert, weil 2 Ansprechpartner sich schalten: der Eigentümer und die Ferienwohnungfirma. Dann liegen die Reinigungskosten nicht bei 35wie es ziemlich versteckt in der Beschreibung steht, sondern satte 48. Kurtax ist auch nicht billig, da kann niemand was dagegen. Aber am Ende ist die Wohnung nicht mehr so billig, wie es am Anfang scheint.

Die Ferienwohnung war in einem mehrstöckigen Haus. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind Recht klein und eins hat kein Fenster. Das Bad war sehr modern. Wohnzimmer und Balkon waren sehr schön. Wir waren etwas verärgert, das die Endreinigung nicht v im Preis mit drin war. Somit müssten wir 48 Euro extra bezahlen. Das hatte vorher in der Beschreibung stehen müssen.

Die FeWo war top, sehr chillig und ein schöner Rückzugsort. Haben es sehr genossen, auch wenn wir eigentlich nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da waren. Aber nochmals, dafür perfekt.

Von Altenau ausgehend bieten sich viele Möglichkeiten für Tagestrips.

Sehr gut! Wohnung gut, Wetter gut und die Kinder haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Danke dafür.

Alles Wunderbar

Ein paar entspannte Tage. Die Unterkunft war wirklich in Ordnung. Minimalistisch aber vollkommen in Ordnung und manchmal braucht es auch nicht mehr. Es gab ein kleines Zimmer für die Kinder zwei Betten mehr passt nicht rein aber die Kinder fanden es super cool. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft.

Alles wie beschrieben. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos mit Elektronischem Tresor.Alles sauber. Lediglich ein Bett der Kinder wies Krümel und Haare auf. Aber mit dem vorhandenen Staubsauger war das schnell behoben. Sicherlich würde das übersehen. Was schonmal passieren kann. Würde trotzdem jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

direkte Kommunikation mit dem Feriendienst war für uns zu den angegebenen Zeiten nicht möglich. Trotz der Bitte nach SMS wurde versucht anzurufen. Aber in der Therme sind Telefone nun mal nicht erlaubt ... . Die Wohnung war hinsichtlich Ausstattung, Lage und Sauberkeit super! Vielen Dank

Die Wohnung war eine Katastrophe! Auf dem Bettlacken waren Ejakulate. Man hat das nicht sauber gemacht. Ich habe auf der Couch geschlafen. Wir haben keine Müllbeutel gehabt. Also haben wir den Müll nicht rausbringen können. Man hat nichts über die versteckten Kosten gesagt. Es wir hier der Kunde geködert mit wenigen Kosten um danach dem Kunden vor vollendeten Tatsachen zu stelllen. Desweiteren war es kalt. Die Warmmacher in den Räumen stinken bestialisch so das wir es nicht anmachen konnten. Die Wohnung sieht vom augenschein sauber und schön aus aber der Schein trügt wie man so schön sagt. Im Aufzug roch es sehr stark nach Abfall weil darunter wohl der Müllschacht endet dies ist bei sehr warmen Wetter nicht sehr schön.....Ansonsten war das Appartment sehr zufriedent stellen für der drei Personen sehr gut geeignet

Das Wetter war schön

Glück hatten wir eigentlich nur mit dem Wetter, denn bei Anreise mussten wir gleich nochmal 81 Euro bezahlen. Für Kurkarte, Endreinigung, Wäsche. Das war die erste böse Überraschung, denn es war so nirgendwo angezeigt. Normalerweise nehmen wir unsere eigene Wäsche nämlich mit! Die zweite böse Überraschung war, dass es sich um einen Neubaublock aus den 70er Jahren handelte, aber den Fakt kann ich bei Buchung auch übersehen haben. Aber: Wir hatten die ganzen drei Tage lang kein warmes Wasser! Und auch keine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung für diesen Umstand. Wenigstens die Heizung im Bad ging, denn schließlich ist noch Mai! Die Wohnung ist zwar für vier Personen ausgelegt, aber es war zu zweit schon recht eng. Und als zwei Schlafzimmer, auf die wir immer Wert legen, kann man die Kabuffs auch nicht bezeichnen. Der Pluspunkt war wie gesagt das Wetter und dass es nicht überlaufen war, aber der (West)Harz hat eben den Charme der 1970er Jahre noch nicht abgelegt.
