Excelente casa
Casa bastante confortável, limpa, a proprietária nos recebeu muito bem, além disso, é bastante atenciosa. Caso volte a Paraty, com certeza ficarei na casa.

Nao atendeu às minhas expectativas
Os proprietáros são atencisos e prestativos. A localização é boa e de fácil acesso.
No entanto, a propriedade necessita de condições básicas para uma satisfação do inquilino e de sua família. Faltavam xícaras, panelas sem cabos e ainda a necessidade de ventiladores em todos os ambientes, pelo menos durante o verão ,dado que a propriedade é toda fechada com paredes impedindo a circulação natural de ar.

Tenho consciência de que deixei claro para o senhor, antes mesmo do senhor alugar minha casa, que a casa só tinha dois ventiladores
(Observação esta feita na descrição do imóvel).
Tenho jogos de panelas de ferro em perfeito estado.
Obs: qualquer locatário poderá solicitar fotos de todos os itens de utensílios domésticos presentes na casa.
Realmente haviam poucas xícaras , porem já providenciei.
A casa é muito arejada.
Realmente muito quente no verão, ( por isso pretendo providenciar ar condicionado para os quartos)
Estou melhorando as condições do imóvel. Tenha certeza que o farei, pois é do meu interesse que todos os hospedes sejam bem recebidos em minha casa.
Muito obrigada por ter cuidado muito bem da minha casa.

fui muito recebida pela dona da casa e gostei muito do ambiente e bairro bem tranquilo. quartos arejados e casa confortável ideal para férias.

Casa confortavel
Casa c/ bastante conforto, e muita tranquilidade.
Proprietária educada e gentil.
O imóvel é ideal para quem tem carro, Porque, fica um pouco distante do Centro Histórico cerca de 20 minutos a pé.
Espero um retorno.
