The open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, is situated between the living room and one of the bedrooms. Both rooms, like the ones downstairs, are equipped with nightstands and wardrobes. The bathroom on the upper floor, complete with a shower, second toilet, and sink, ensures you can start your day fresh or unwind in the evening.

The garden, with a generous area of 347 m², surrounds the house and offers sun or shade at any time of the day. Whether you want to relax on the terrace, sheltered under the covered area, or lie on one of the two sunbeds in the sun, it’s all possible. And the garden table for six people is perfect for enjoying a meal or drinks outdoors.

Bringing your bikes or renting them nearby? They can be safely stored in the covered bike shed. With two parking spaces on the driveway in front of the house, there's always room for your car(s). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this house. However, for children up to two years old, there is a foldable travel crib (60x120 cm) and a high chair available.
