In the house there are 2 apartments on the upper floor and a large one on the ground floor. The apartment is on the upper floor with a fantastic sea view.
The sea is only a few steps away. The tiled apartment consists of two bedrooms with double beds, open kitchen, a shower room and a covered balcony with sea view and a second balcony with sea view.
The guests have access to the surroundings of the house with a yard and a parking space located in yard.
The guests can access the grill in the garden.

The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca. 17 km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails (over 200km long), as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping.
This relatively small area has an abundance of geomorphological phenomena and forms, like ‘’Manita peć’’ and ‘’Cerovačke pećine’’. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica.
On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
