The “LÜW Horizont” apartment offers a particularly bright, open, and welcoming living atmosphere in the attic. The spacious layout and distinctive sloped ceilings give the apartment a uniquely cozy yet modern character. It can accommodate three guests.

The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. Large windows let in plenty of light and enhance the airy, spacious feel. A modern kitchenette, a cozy living area with a sofa, and a smart TV create the ideal setting for relaxing. The covered balcony with outdoor furniture extends the living space outdoors and offers a sheltered spot to unwind.

The bedroom serves as a comfortable retreat, featuring a high-quality box-spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a separate dressing area that provides additional comfort and organization.

Another single bed is located in an alcove off the hallway. With its sloped ceiling, this room is very cozy, but it has no door and is therefore open and cannot be locked.

The spacious bathroom is bright and airy and features a window that provides pleasant natural light and good ventilation. The shower has a low threshold, allowing for comfortable, barrier-free access.

This apartment combines modern living with a particularly cozy attic atmosphere and is ideal for couples or small families who value peace and quiet, natural light, and a stylish ambiance.

Wi-Fi and an underground parking space are included.
