Two TVs, a DVD and CD player, a radio, books, and games provide entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator (an additional refrigerator with a freezer compartment is available), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and blender—making it easy to prepare meals together. The dining table is perfect for social gatherings. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with hardwood floors and plenty of storage space. One bedroom is located on the first floor. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and full-length mirror. Amenities also include a washing machine for your use, an ironing board and iron, a clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner. Outside, you’ll find a patio with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol, surrounded by a well-maintained garden. Two free parking spaces are available right next to the house. Pets are welcome by arrangement (maximum of three).
