Location vivement recommandée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dont notamment notre fille de deux ans et demi. La location correspond parfaitement à l'annonce et est très bien équipée avec du matériel récent. Pour les bébés il y a tout ce qu'il faut avec le lit bébé, la chaise haute et les jeux dans le jardin. La location est idealement située proche des commerces et de la mer tout en étant très calme. Mr et Mme Marin nous ont très bien accueillis et sont restés à notre disposition. Nous recommandons vivement.

Un super séjour

Une maison très agréable. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très accueillants et à l'écoute. Maison très propre et une grande terrasse pour manger. On a profité du terrain de boules du jardin et les enfants de la cabane. Il y a un magnifique couché de soleil a côté de la maison. Et tout est a côté centre commerciale plage pas loin. Une super adresse !!!!

Estancia muy buena, para repetir

Los interiores de la casa tiene todo lo necesario para estancias de uno a muchos dias ,tiene de todo, lavavajillas , lavadora ,microondas,plancha etc...todo muy bien decorado y bastante nuevo.Exteriores con terraza ,jardin y barbacoa para estar relajado en vacaciones, plaza de parking para 3 o 4 coches y al otro lado de la casa otro espacio con mesa de pin-pong y otras actividades.Francamente la estancia ha sido muy buena ,para volver a repetir.Los propietarios muy agradables y atentos ,gracias por todo.

Heerlijke woning!

Afgelopen week in de woning mogen verblijven van Francois en Monique. Met een gezin van 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (8 & 6) was dit geen straf te noemen, integendeel! Het was heerlijk. Het ontvangst: We zijn zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Francois en Monique. Ondanks het feit dat wij gebrekkig Frans spreken en zij geen Engels is de communicatie goed verlopen. Wat een ontzettend hartelijke mensen zijn ze, echt fantastisch. Er stond een heerlijke fles Muscat en een schaal met watermeloen voor ons klaar evenals een schaaltje met snoep voor de kinderen. Zeer attent! De woning: De woning van Francois en Monique is echt een heerlijk leefhuis. De keuken en woonkamer zijn met het terras verbonden door middel van 2x 2 openslaande deuren. Hierdoor leef je heerlijk buiten aan de aangrenzende tuin. De woning bezit 3 slaapkamers (kunnen volledig donker gemaakt worden door shutters), 1 badkamer en 1 toilet. De keuken is voorzien van magnetron, oven, keramische kookplaat en vaatwasser. Van alle gemakken voorzien dus. Bij het toetreden van de woning was alles brandschoon! De woning is een geschakelde woning waarbij er totaal geen last van de buren is ondervonden. Het terrein aan de voorzijde is zeer ruim waarbij de auto naast de woning gezet kan worden. De poort kan worden geopend met een afstandsbediening. Werkt allemaal meer dan prettig. De omgeving: De ligging van de woning is echt meer dan top. Restaurants, bakkers, supermarkten; alles op minder dan 3km vanaf de woning. Het strand is ongeveer 8 minuten rijden. Het centrum van Montpellier is in 20 minuten te bereiken met de auto. Het zeeaquarium (in het Odysseum) is in 12 minuten te berijden. Al met al voldoende vertier om je heen om je goed te vermaken. Contact: Het contact tijdens ons verblijf is voornamelijk via de app van HomeAway gegaan. Er werd in de regel meer dan snel (binnen 2 uur) gereageerd. Zeer goede communicatie dus! Conclusie: Een meer dan fantastische, leefbare woning op een geografisch tactische locatie. 2 eigenaren die er alles aan doen om een goede en onbezorgde vakantie te bieden. Beste Francois en Monique, nogmaals super bedankt voor de aangename week in jullie fantastische woning!

Parfait!

La Maison est située à proximité d'une zone commerciale mais l'environnement immédiat de la maison sont des vignes et champs. Aucun vis à vis. Elle est en effet nichée très au calme au bout d'un chemin desservant deux autres maisons. Elle est extrêmement bien entretenue et propre, tout comme le jardin. Deux chambres très spacieuses et une plus petite. les pièces à vivre sont vastes et lumineuses et rien ne manque. La mer est à 10mn en voiture et Montpellier accessible en Tram très rapidement. Le vrai plus est la grande gentillesse et souplesse de M/Mme Marin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et nous recommandons cette location!

Agréable séjour

Lors d'un week-end prolongé, nous avons loué la maison de Mr et Mme Marin. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et nous avons trouvé une demeure très propre et très fonctionnelle. Grâce à ce temps exceptionnel pour un mois de février, nous avons profité de la terrasse , du terrain de pétanque et de la table de ping pong. Nous avons aimé la décoration de la maison et tous les équipements. Vous pouvez y séjourner en famille ou entre amis, vous serez au calme et à 10 min de la mer en voiture...

Viel Platz im Haus und im Außenbereich. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Tolle Terrasse und es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich in einem Ferienhaus wünscht. Sehr ruhig gelegen, auch ideal für Familien mit kleineren Kindern.

Pour notre deuxième séjour dans cette location, que du bonheur ! Idéale pour être au calme tout en étant proche de la plage (8 minutes en voiture). Et surtout parfaitement équipée pour passer de bons moments en sécurité avec les enfants qui peuvent jouer en toute tranquillité.

Sporting holiday

Very nice apartment with all the equipment needed for excellent vacation. Me and my son were there following European Basketball Championship games, and enjoyed every minute of it! We had a car, but it was easier to walk to the Arena (about 15 min). Shopping mall was half way to the arena, and the tram station in a front of it. After the games we played table-tennis and used the BBQ. The place is in a secluded area, and behind the house are vineyards which seems to go for eternity, but still you can walk to Mall, Sporting arena or use the Tram to go into Monpellier Centre. It was perfect for us. Mr. and Mrs. Marin were very friendly and kind, and even we did not have a common language, everything went well. Can recommend for relaxing family holiday!

Agréable séjour!

Petit havre de tranquillité idéalement situé par rapport aux zones touristiques= assez reculé dans les terres pour être au calme et à seulement 10 min en voiture des plages. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, tant pour nous recevoir que pour l'entretien et la propreté de la maison. Celle-ci est très agréable à vivre, spacieuse et très bien équipée, les extérieurs sont tout aussi charmants! Nous recommandons largement cette location! Marion L. & Cie.

Un séjour trés agréable

Tout était parfait, accueil charmant à l'arrivée avec un jus de fruit et des petits biscuits (délicieux). Cette location convient tout à fait à une famille avec des enfants. Mes trois petites filles ont adoré et leur mamie aussi ! Les plages sont à 10' en voiture et il y a de grands parkings gratuits. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Maison au calme très agréable et très bien équipée. A notre arrivée nous avons été heureusement surpris par la propreté de la maison, son équipement et la proximité des commerces . Absolument rien à redire Excellent rapport qualité/prix De plus arrivés en fin d'après midi, les propriétaires avaient eu la gentillesse de faire les lits. Famille de quatre personnes dont deux ados de 14 et 16 ans, nous recommanderions sans problème cette location à un ami.

Nous avons trouvé un logement à tout point de vue fidèle au descriptif, très bien équipé, bien étudié, fonctionnel... situé à l'écart de la ville et pourtant près des axes routiers et des zones commerciales et de la mer. Des propriétaires très accueillants, super sympa - Toutes nos félicitations
