L'appartamento, ben equipaggiato e dotato di cucina completa e due camere, ospita comodamente 4 persone e gode di un'ottima vista grazie all'ampia terrazza abitabile che permette di pranzare all'aperto e di godere della vista e della brezza del mare. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia e la pista ciclopedonale Via Verde, che porta verso nord fino a Ortona e verso sud fino a Vasto/San Salvo. Questo consente di esplorare la Costa dei Trabocchi e di accedere facilmente a diverse spiagge, ognuna con caratteristiche e fondali differenti.



Casalbordino dispone di una stazione ferroviaria ben servita anche da autobus, situata a pochi metri dalla casa. Oltre a rappresentare un'ottima soluzione di viaggio per chi preferisce non utilizzare l'auto, la stazione permette di sfruttare la combinazione treno+bici per esplorare ancora meglio i dintorni e la Costa dei Trabocchi. La spiaggia di Casalbordino offre sia aree libere che attrezzate. Sono presenti ristoranti, negozi da asporto e piacevoli location per aperitivi.
