The house is spread over three floors and accommodates up to five guests, with space for a sixth person if required. It offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an additional guest WC. The rooms have been thoughtfully renovated with great respect for the character of the house, combining historic elements with modern comfort.

The location could hardly be more central. Situated right in the village centre of Zuoz, restaurants, cafés, shops and local amenities are all within easy walking distance. The Zuoz ski lift is just around a 3-minute walk away. At the same time, Zuoz offers the tranquillity and authenticity for which the Engadin is renowned.

An outdoor parking space is available approximately 50 metres from the house. If an additional parking space is required, a garage space in the public car park can easily be booked.
