Esta casa lo tiene todo! Disfrute de pesca en el muelle en el patio trasero y puestas de sol con una vista increíble.
Además, las características, esta casa de vacaciones se siente como un verdadero hogar. Tiene todo lo que necesita!


Home está completamente remodelado incluyendo techos elevados en dormitorio principal con ducha y walk in closet.

Parrilla hacia fuera en la noche en la amplia NUEVO patio de la piscina que está parcialmente cubierto e incluye espacios para todos. La piscina está completamente remodelado con adoquines de mármol travertino. No se puede superar la vista.

Absolutely amazing place to stay

Lynn is an incredible host. The house is spectacular. It’s clean, well stocked and equipped. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed after a king day of working. We can’t wait to visit again.

Lovely canal views with a homey feel.

Lynn’s house was great. The layout was really perfect for our family and the view of the canal was very nice. Lynn was a wonderful and attentive host and I would highly recommend her home to anyone wanting to be on the water in Tampa.

Very Comfortable Home with views

We enjoyed the Bay Port Home and its neighborhood. The outdoor area of the home is fantastic. We would be outside most of the day. Easy to work from the house, if you are working remote. The home layout is perfect, plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is friendly, easy to walk, bike, run etc.

Loved this house ! Stayed for 3 months Jan - April 2018

This property had beautiful views, lots of interesting wildlife and sun all day around the pool . This house was very dog friendly , with tile floors and ample grassy areas . Having 4 bedrooms - 2 masters , one with a huge walk-in closet - plus a den made it easy to have overnight guests. The beds were all awesome ! All towels and linens were plentiful and of good quality. Three full bathrooms , all with walk-in showers, was a plus and one bathroom was accessible to the pool deck - great for kids and adults ! The kitchen and bar area were perfectly situated for entertaining , both inside and out. The only downside was the very small bbq, which needs some attention and we would have liked the pool and the hot tub both heated for our whole stay. However, we had a fabulous time in Tampa Everything is close by and very easy to navigate. A fabulous gym , Fitness 360 , was awesome and within walking distance. The owner was great to work with We would absolutely recommend this house !

Lankford Family Vacation

We stayed in this beautiful home from June 20-27, 2015. We were a family with 3 adults and 2 teen age girls. There was plenty of space, the home was clean and well kept. It wa great to have beer and wine chilled upon our arrival! We enjoyed to out door space, pool and hot tub! The view were absolutely georgious! We spent most of our time enjoying this home. We did venture out to Universal Studios and Saint Pete Beach! We hope to stay at this home again when we visit next year! The owner is awesome! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home!

Family Vaction

House was perfect. Two families enjoying vacation in Florida. House was not two far from beach. We were sad to leave. Great master bedroom and bath. Owner was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Stress free vacation. House has items available in case we forgot something. It felt like a home!!! Thanks for the memories

Beautiful home!

Our family of 7 stayed very comfortably in this beautiful home. We really enjoyed the huge outdoor area and managed to stay somewhat cool in the hot Tampa weather with the 3 large ceiling fans, generous seating and shaded area. The home is spacious, and we appreciated the extras we were able to use and not have to purchase. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Lynn was prompt in replying to questions, and the home was spotless. It was a treat to stay on the water and we enjoyed renting stand up paddle boards delivered to the house to use on the water. Easy to get to many beaches in the area. Gated, quiet neighborhood. We would love to go back some day!

Family Fun

We stayed at this house for a wedding in town. We found it spacious, clean, and the owner very easy to work with. No complaints! I will definately try to stay here again when the need arises. This would be awesome for a girl's getaway!

Spring Vacation Escape from Minnesota

This terrific home has it all - beautifully updated, state of the art appliances and entertainment system, large sprawling screened deck with solar heated pool, outdoor dining room and dock on the canal of the lake (my husband and son caught some fish off the dock). So relaxing! And awesome! Located in a quiet neighborhood cul de sac, the home is conveniently located in the Tampa area for day trips to beautiful beaches, metro entertainment and airport. Also, tennis courts a few blocks walk away. The owner was so pleasant and accommodating. We'd book this again in a heartbeat. The only negative was having to leave.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had three generations at this home and it was perfect for all of us. The kitchen and all 3 bathrooms were recently renovated with high end appliances and fixtures, and the flooring throughout was non-slip tile that looks like wood. My elderly father (who walks with a cane) had no trouble walking on the floors or using the shower. The dock also looks new, with Trex type decking (no splinters!). There is even a flat screen tv on the lanai, along with a hot tub and solar heated inground pool. The owner couldn't have been more responsive or easier to deal with. I would not hesitate to return!

Beautiful area. Quiet, safe neighbourhood close to grocery stores.

Our group of six 50+ adults rented this property for a week in March. We thoroughly enjoyed the property, which had many amenities such as a large pool, a hot tub, a large kitchen, and three beautiful washrooms. We also really enjoyed the fact that we did not need to rush to a grocery store our first day as there was coffee, beer, fruit, and other items available for us to use until we had the chance to replace them. We have never had this offered in other houses we have rented in Florida in the past, and it really was convenient. Lynn was excellent to deal with. I emailed her several times with questions, and she always replied promptly.

Perfect for My Family

The house is fantastic. My children and grandchildren had plenty of room to spread out and have a great time. The pool was a geat hit as my 3 year old grandson was like a fish. The pool was warm and he did not want to get out. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to eat our meals on the enclosed porch area together. The location was convenient for our activities. Owner contacted us to make sure that we did not have any issues or problems. She was great to work with. We would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Wonderful Getaway Home

4 Gentlemen golfers in their 50's and 60's found this to be an ideal location for our week long getaway. Having the individual bedrooms, large screen tv, hot tub and serene location made for a great time. The owner was wonderful to work with and would highly recommend this home as a great place to visit.

Relaxing Vacation Home

We just came back from a week at this house. Its a lovely house with high end furnishings, a beautiful kitchen and the lovely canal-front pool. We've been renting vacation homes in Florida for many years now and this rental was different in that it has more homey feel. Upon arrival, we found the house well stocked with everything we needed to avoid that miserable shopping trip when first arriving. After a long day of travel, its really great that we had what we needed for the first night and could put off shopping for a day. The owners were very easy to deal with and responded very quickly to all emails.

Great house, great location, great owner!

The house was exactly as described and was stocked with nearly everything one could need including cold beer in the fridge! The outdoor area was awesome and it was where we spent most of our time, whether playing in the clean pool or just relaxing during the evening looking out at the water. The home is centrally located between the beaches at Clearwater and Busch Gardens so there are many vacation options should you choose to venture out for the day. There are also plenty of restaurants near by or you can just stay in and cook out on the well-stocked grill. We would definitely recommend this home for your Tampa vacation!

We felt comfortable and relaxed.

Perfect retreat for our relaxing vacation with splashes of adventure. It was very comfortable and clean, and was everything we expected. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets almost every night. We enjoyed spending time in and around the pool, and ate a lot of meals poolside. The location allowed for us to make day trips to St Petersburg for the Dali Museum, Sarasota for St. Armands Circle, and Clearwater Beach for fun in the sun. The appliances are great and the front loading washer and dryer came in handy. This was our first trip to Tampa Bay and glad we made the choice to stay where we did.

I love this house. Was living in it full time until I was forced to move b/c of a job. Plan to retire here one day.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You get the convenience amenities of a true private home (b/c It was). Completely remodeled on inside in 2012 and 2013. Everything is new inside. And Pool was completely remodeled this Feb 2016.

There is no better place to take in Florida wildlife. Fish right off the dock in the backyard, or just watch the Pelican's fish (they are normally better at it anyway).

You can beat the view!
