Location is quite a bit fare from downtown, no restaurants in this area. Very helpful were bikes from the family.

Hidden gem

This is our second visit here and it was fantastic just like the last time .There’s everything you require for a self catering stay, Full size cooker, microwave ,large fridge freezer etc . It’s situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Avignon.They do have a parking space for 1 vehicle which is great and it’s off road . The hosts Lucie & Michel are very nice people they make you feel so welcome you feel like a family member .You are only a 5 min walk to the tram station .There’s plenty of local shops nearby . Avignon and surrounding areas are just stunning . This apartment is in the perfect location to visit the sites . If you want to stay and relax there’s a lovely garden where you can sunbathe until your hearts content . We will be back .

On arrival we were met by the lovely owners of the property Lucie & Michel who made us feel very welcome. We were shown upto our apartment which was very well presented and very clean . Lucie gave us a tour of the apartment and explained how everything worked in great detail which was superb. There’s everything you’ll ever need . Full size cooker , washing machine , microwave , coffee machine . Kettle , toaster pots and pans etc . There’s a swimming pool on the grounds , sun loungers , bbq and a couple of bicycles for your convenience ,there is a parking space available straight outside the front door. It’s off the road which was great.The area around you is also very quiet . At night it’s so peaceful. You’re only a short tram ride into the city of Avignon which is stunning .It would take you 2- 5 mins to walk to the tram station . We shall definitely be back to stay next year . This was our 3rd visit by the way .

Schöner Aufenthalt in Avignon

Wir waren eine Woche hier und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt nicht unmittelbar in der Innenstadt, aber mit dem Fahrrad sehr schnell zu erreichen (überall sind Fahrradwege oder Fahrräder haben Priorität). Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Studio ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man auch kochen kann, wenn man will.

10 Tage bei Lucie und Michel waren erholsam und anregend für das kulturelle Programm und das Wohlbefinden. Leider war es zu warm, um die angebotenen Fahrräder zu benutzen. Aber es gibt ja die sehr praktische Straßenbahn, um ins Zentrum zu kommen-3 Haltestellen, die man auch zu Fuß machen kann.Un séjour très réussi! Merci à Lucie et Michel

Séjour (trop court) de qualité

Lucie et Michel sont des hôtes charmants, généreux et discrets. Le studio climatisé est vaste, pourvu de tout le nécessaire, et donne sur un jardin verdoyant. La situation un peu lointaine du centre à pied (bien desservi par les transports en commun) est compensée par la mise à disposition d'un vélo, le meilleur moyen de profiter de la ville, même en temps de festival. Si je dois à nouveau séjourner à Avignon, je ferai tout pour pouvoir revenir à cet endroit.

Une escapade ressourçante

Venus quelques jours dans une région magnifique, nous avons apprécié la simplicité confortable du studio et l’accueil des propriétaires. Très facile d’aller en ville depuis la maison, l’emplacement est idéal pour un séjour à deux. Merci. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Hidden gem, just perfect .

We just spent the last 8 nights at lucie & Michel studio in Avignon. We was greeted by the lovely owner lucie when we arrived . Lucie was very pleasant & offered to help Carry our belongings to our room . She explained where everything was in the studio .We was shown where the bikes were stored if we needed them . We met Michel the day after what a great guy . The area felt very safe and was very quiet at night . So a perfect nights sleep every night , The sofa bed is so comfy it’s the best I’ve ever slept on and I’m no light weight. A/c was a god send as it was 27c a couple days running . We will definitely be back to visit in the near future as there’s so much to see and do in and around Avignon. Lucie & Michel are the perfect Host .
