- Habitación principal muy luminosa con 2 sillones "stresless" y sus pufs, TV, mesas, juegos de mesa. una mesa redonda, 4 sillas, un aparador que contiene la vajilla necesaria.
- Cocina equipada abierta a la sala principal: mesa, placa de inducción, campanas extractoras, microondas, horno / grill, nevera / congelador, cafetera + nespresso, hervidor, lavavajillas, lavadora, vajilla y utensilios de cocina. , mesa y plancha.
- 2 dormitorios independientes: primero con cama de 140 X 190, mesitas de noche, armario / silla, silla.(se puede proporcionar una cuna)
                                                       2do con 2 camas de 90 X 190 escritorio, estanterías, biblioteca.
Las habitaciones están equipadas con 2 ventanas de doble acristalamiento + persiana para garantizar la calma.

The hosts were so kind and attentive. They helped make our stay memorable by giving great recommendations for local restaurants and sites. The room was well equipped with all we needed, and the laundry was a big plus! We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with breakfast, or wine in the afternoon. Within an easy walk of shops, museums, food, etc. They also made check out easy when we had to change plans to leave earlier. Definitely recommend!

Quaint apartment!

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet and peaceful apartment just outside of the city walls of Avignon. It was a simple walk to the center of the city. The couple that rented us the place is very sweet and helpful!

Avignon Top Rate Experience

I spent 28 days in the most comfortable, well equipped apartment imaginable. And not only that, it is a pleasant walk to all modes of transportation and city center. And also the FREE bus stops on my street. Couldn't ask for a more convenient situation when visiting a foreign country.

2 night stopover

We had a lovely 2 days in this apartment. We were warmly greeted by the hosts who spent time with us to tell us about the area and things that may be of interest to us. The apartment has all the mod cons and they had thoughtfully put cold drinks in the fridge for us! As it was very hot when we were there, the aircon was much appreciated! We managed to find parking out on the road each day.Thanks again for allowing us to stay.

Pleasant little apartment close to the old city

This is a nice little apartment just a very short walk from the old city. It is not very modern but it is comfortable and has everything you need. The hosts are absolutely delightful and they make sure you have a great stay.

Exceeded expectations

We had a great stay! They did a great job explaining the apartment and how everything worked. We were a short walk to the walled city and close to a park which was fantastic as a family. The access to laundry made packing easy. We will stay here again!!

Beautiful apartment in Avignon

A lovely 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities you need for enjoying your stay. We loved the kitchen and especially enjoyed the deck with the view of the red tiled rooftops of Avignon. We took several day trips by train and really loved that our apartment was so close to the train station. That was a definite plus!

We found the flat to be comfortable and ideally situated as it is close to sights, shops and transport links. Francoise and Andre are really welcoming and have put a lot of thought into making sure the flat has everything anyone could possibly want for a pleasant stay. We can thoroughly recommend it.

Highly recommend this perfect apartment!

Location is very good, right outside the walled city and close to the train and bus station, shops and sights, all an easy walk to. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and has an elevator is on site. The hosts, Andre and François are very welcoming and generous. We enjoyed their company very much. Don’t overlook this wonderful apartment!

A lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay at Françoise and Andre’s. Françoise has equipped the apartment with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure.The location was perfect. An easy walk into Avignon center as well as the local train station.Françoise and André were so attentive. They gave us a tour of the apartment, provided wonderful information about the area, making check in very easy.We felt right at home.We did not do a winery tour. I don’t know why that was included in this review??

Great apartment in Avignon

This apartment is located perfectly in Avignon, just outside of old city walls, which made it easy to drive to surrounding areas as well as to walk into the walled part of Avignon. Provence was more beautiful than we could imagine. Our host, Francois was very nice and helpful. The apartment is very clean, quiet and the balcony was perfect. Thank you for providing a wonderful place🌻🌻🌻

Staying in Avignon

Apartment is veryclean, spacious. It has everything needed for a long stay(2-3 weeks). Sadly we were only there for 3 nights. Host's were great. Picked us up at train. Explained the apartment and the walled city to us. Lots of tourists information to read through. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Great Place to Stay in Avignon

Francoise and Andre were top-notch hosts. We honestly cannot think of anything they could do better. They even allowed us to store our tandem bike in their garage. The apartment is immaculate and features a nice view from the forth floor porch, which has a lovely eating area. It is ideally located for accessing the walled portion of Avignon by foot.

Wonderful stay in Avignon

We had a wonderful four-night stay in this apartment, which is located just outside Avignon’s ancient walls. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped. Walking to the major sites in Avignon takes only 10-15 minutes, and there is a convenient shuttle bus (.50 Euro) that runs frequently and will take you to the heart of the historic area in about 5 minutes. But the best part of our stay was meeting Francoise and Andre, who are the most gracious and friendly hosts, welcoming and helpful in every way. An ideal visit to a very interesting city in Provence.

Fabulous apartment and wonderful hosts

This apartment is conveniently located behind the Avignon Center train station, just a 5 minute walk. 15 minutes to the center of Avignon. The apartment is well appointed with all you will need for your stay. The highlights of our trip were Françoise and Andre, out hosts. They went out of their way to ensure that we arrived safely and arranged to store our luggage until our departure early in the evening. Their recommendations for dinner were spot on.

Perfect stay in Avignon

This is by far the best place you can choose when looking for a place to stay in Avignon. Françoise and André were so accommodating and kind. André even picked us up at the TGV train station and took my husband back there the next morning to pick up our rental car. The apartment is clean, completely stocked with amenities and the location is idea for walking to the center of Avignon. We have stayed at other places during our time in France but nothing has compared to this one! We will be back and will most certainly hope to stay here again. André et Françoise, nous vous remercions de tour cœur!

Super convenient Avignon destination

We loved our stay in this VRBO. The accommodations were incredibly clean and the best equipped of any guest accommodations we have ever used. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, quiet, safe and secure. When we arrived we found cold Pellegrino, a Coca Cola, and filled ice trays! They even left several Madeleines! Ten minute walk to shopping and the Palais du Pape and the Pont. Our hosts were so kind as to take us to the dock to start our river boat cruise. A lovely VRBO hosted by two lovely people. Highly recommended.

Great stay

The apartment is as shown. Madame gave an orientation to the area with a map with suggestions for groceries and cafes. Quiet neighborhood, though behind the train station; there are 2 actual windows keeping the sound out. Less than a 10 minute walk to cafes and grocery stores. Elevator worked well. Easy to do day trips, 17 minute train to Arles. Comfortable beds, big kitchen. Lovely balcony with views of the rooftops. I hope to return soon.

Great apartment in a great location

I cannot say enough good things about my stay. The location is fantastic. It is around the corner from the train station in the downtown area of Avignon, and it is super quiet. Francoise and Andre are really nice and the check-in process was great. I have stayed in other apartments through other booking websites and this has been my best experience in ever. The kitchen is well stocked, and I was able to make lattes every day. The bedroom was very comfortable and the individual heating system worked fine. I wasn’t there in the warmer months, but there was individual air-conditioning units in the rooms so I do not believe that would be a problem. The balcony was a great with a really nice view. The kitchen was well stocked, and I was able to shop and cook with no problems. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back.

Like staying at your grandmothers place

The hosts were super. It was like going to stay at your grandparents- but they spoke a different language. They gave us great local recommendations- were very accommodating. They have cold drinks in the fridge and coffee. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. It was very comfortable, with a lovely quiet terrace on the back. Location was great to walk into the walled city, with easy public transportation. It was across from the train station, but very quiet with double windows and shutters at night. The street outside the flat was usually deserted, with graffiti on the wall opposite -detailing women’s murders - that seemed a bit odd, but out of the control of our hosts. I would stay here again.

Super Hosts!

Andre and Francoise were the best hosts! They met me off the train and showed me every detail about the apartment. It is so well fitted out, nothing is missing. It’s like being in your home away from home. The location is great with easy walking to everything in old Avignon. It’s near the train and bus station but the windows are so well insulated that you do NOT hear the trains. Andre and Francoise are very friendly and they enjoy getting to know more about the people who stay in their apartment. It was a chance for me to practice my French and for Francoise to practice her English! I would highly recommend visitors to Avignon to stay in this apartment and would definitely stay there again if I return to Avignon.

Comfortable modern apartment, well situated and lovely hosts

The apartment is situated in a quiet street outside the city walls. It was ideal for us, as we could walk into town (5 minutes) but didn´t have to put up with the crowds and noise. The kitchen was very well equipped: oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine... Lots of cutlery and dishes too. Everything was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean with air conditioning, fans in the bedrooms and a wonderful shower. Francoise and André were lovely and gave us lots of ideas about things to do and see and where to eat. The apartment has got lots of little touches that make you feel at home. We really appreciated the thoughtful cold drinks in the fridge (it was quite hot when we arrived) and the fancy coffees and our sons the very good wifi connection. We would recommend this apartment to anybody thinking of staying in Avignon.
