We Spent a fantastic 4 weeks in this lovely peaceful apartment. It is very light, spacious and has a beautiful patio garden. The accommodation is conveniently located being only 10 minutes walk from the beach and the old town with the station and supermarkets being just 5 minutes away. Caroline is a fantastic host very helpful and welcoming. We Will definitely return.

Ho trascorso una splendida vacanza a Cagnes-sur-Mer, soggiornando nella casa di Carolina. La padrona di casa è stata davvero accogliente e disponibile, facendomi sentire subito a mio agio. La casa era pulitissima, ben curata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Un altro punto a favore è stata la posizione: la casa è situata in una zona tranquilla, ma con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Ci sono diversi supermercati nelle vicinanze, il che rende molto comodo fare la spesa. Inoltre, la spiaggia è a pochi passi, ideale per godersi il mare senza dover fare lunghi spostamenti. In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante a Cagnes-sur-Mer. La combinazione di una casa accogliente, una padrona di casa premurosa e una posizione eccellente rende questo soggiorno un'esperienza da ripetere!

Très très bien, tout conforme à l'annonce. Propre spacieux calme absolu (grâce à vitrages ultra isolant) bien équipé. Clim en cas de chaleur estival. Situé à 7mn a pied des plages et 5mn des restos bars. Merci

Appartement fonctionnel et soigné

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l'appartement de Caroline. Très bien situé, tout est mis à disposition. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et la propreté est irréprochable. Caroline est disponible très rapidement en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Il permet de visiter la region et profiter de la mer.

Tres joli Appartement , propre, Mme lafont etait tres gentile et prete a aider .

Ich verbrachte 4 Tage im Appartment von Mme Lacont mit meine 2 Töchtern (2 und 5 Jahre), die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, 5 Minuten vom Gare SNCF entfernt, von wo aus einen sehr gute Bahnanbindung an die ganzen Küstenorte besteht, für uns sehr wichtig, da wir kein Auto hatten. Die Sohnung ist in gutem Zustand, eine Klimaanlage ist bei den doch auch nachts hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm! Mme Lacont und auch ihr Sohn waren sehr hilfsbereit, bereits bei der Planung der Reise erhielten wir viele Auskünfte , insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert besonders als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung der umliegenden Orte!

Bel appartement proche de la mer

Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans cet appartement. Approprié pour une petite famille avec une chambre à coucher et un canapé lit très agréable la propreté était également au rdv. Il dispose d'une trés grande terrasse qui permet de prendre les repas dehors. La proximité de la plage, des commerces (très bonne boulangerie dans le coin) et de l'hippodrome est également un atout de cet appart. Il se trouve dans une rue calme et pourtant proche de tout. La propriétaire était très sympa et toujours disponible en cas de questions. La description correspond à ce que l'on attend réellement sur place. Nous pouvons conseiller cet appart à tout le monde. Merci à mme Lafont et sa nièce :)

l'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, avec une grande terrasse , malgré le rez de chaussée à l'abri des regards. face à un citronnier et de nombreux arbres nous avons pu apprécier le "gazouillis" des oiseaux même en février! a proximité des magasins, et de la plage, mais sans ses inconvénients puisque la location se trouve dans une petite rue. vous pouvez vous fier aux photos, elles sont le reflet exact. tout est réunis pour passer de bonnes vacances, la plage, l'arrière pays pour faire de belles ballades, un peu plus loin des chemins de rando pour les amateurs, et l'italie à moins d'1H. et enfin le prix de cette location est tout à fait abordable en comparaison des autres offres. une adresse à retenir

location cagnes sur mer

propriétaires très sympathiques, location très agréable, mais matériel de cuisine succint. D'autre part situé dans un lieu très bruyant quand on n'a pas l'habitude...près d'une voie rapide..Donc vous êtes réveillés de bonne heure le matin.(à déconseiller à ceux qui ont un sommeil léger : les seniors en particulier) Malgré ces inconvénients, La proximité des plages est très bien, ainsi que de toutes les ballades de l'arrière pays niçois. Par contre attention aux radars dans la région, car ils sont légions (nous avons pris deux pv en une semaine) 4 kms au dessus de 50..! Grande terrasse agréable mais un peu bruyante....Enfin c'est une location de ville..
