Great property! There are neighbors but we still felt secluded and didn’t hear a peep. Beautiful scenery, lots of wildlife. We arrived early and were able to check in sooner!

This is a perfect location and property for a family!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely rent again.Close to town and many attractions, but yet feels secluded and remote.

Everything about this home was absolutely perfect. Beautiful views from every window. Kitchen fully stocked with anything you need to prepare meals including spices. Beds are very comfortable, the heated floors are amazing, tons of games. The shower in the master bedroom is an experience by itself. Love this home!! We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house is beautiful. The property is breathtaking. The host was informative, helpful and very friendly. If you are wondering if you shpuld...Yes uou shpuld. You will not regret this stay. Oh...and the bed is the most comfortable bed I have slept on besides my own.Thank you so much for this amazing stay!

I have no words. The cabin was very clean. Had what we needed. And it was easy enough to go into town to get groceries. It was beautiful and comfortable. We may just be back. It was a grand time.

This is a very family friendly place to stay. We had 3 couples, with plenty of room, so we could enjoy each others company or quiet time. We spent many hours around the dining table playing games and talking. The views are wonderful and make sure you clean and refill the hummingbird feeders. They are very fun to watch! This is our second time staying, for a family gathering, and hope to come back next year!

Conveniently located just west of town- we found “Caps” ( FANTASTIC hidden gem breakfast coffee & great pizza/wings) -The house is very nice with everything needed on hand for convenience- the kitchen has commercial grade stove ( great if you enjoy cooking- if I may recommend cast iron skillets ) the property is fun to explore but is kind of confusing to navigate ( maybe a highlighted overview of the grounds would help- there were a group of kids playing about 200-300 ft away from the home)… we travel to the area every year for holidays, anniversaries and birthdays have rented many properties over many years and totally understand the use of video cameras- too many can feel invasive and not so comforting- overall nice location very peaceful and the game-room was a hit! Would consider staying again-

A beautiful and quiet place to stay with easy access to all the sights! The place was perfect for taking our 16, 13 and 3 year old. The ping pong table and foosball table provided the older two with plenty of entertainment. Our three year old enjoyed playing in the reading nook, swinging in the two swings and watching the humming birds. We even saw a mule deer right off the deck our first night. We would love to come stay again. Host was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

We had an exceptional stay and couldn’t have asked for a better mountain getaway. The home was comfortable, well-appointed, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Our kids especially loved the bear scavenger hunt—it was a fun and thoughtful touch that made the trip even more memorable. We would absolutely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again!

We were there on the hottest days of the summer. Temperatures were hitting 93 degrees. There is no air conditioning so the cabin was hot! Even the hot tub was 104 degrees even though it was set at 100. On the plus side, it stayed cool downstairs. During the heat of the day we sat in the garage and enjoyed the ping pong.The kitchen is amazing. We enjoyed the grill and climbing on the rocks on the property.

Absolutely stunning home. We enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend staying here. The drive to Breckenridge wasn’t bad. You absolutely have to visit the Colorado Wolf Sanctuary

The house could not be be more amazing! We fell in love with it. It’s probably the nicest VRBO house I’ve ever stayed in. The hosts were amazing as well. We had an issue the morning we were leaving, not with the house, but with the road conditions and they were very, very helpful and communication was very quick. I cannot say enough how wonderful this house was.

You can’t go wrong with this property!! The views are so stunning! You’ll have absolutely everything you need! It was just like being at home! Communication was FANTASTIC! Quick to respond with help with the tv and prior to arrival we had all the information we needed. 100% recommend!!!!
