Location! Location! Location!
Fabulous quiet and forested location close to SHARC, and Ft Rock Park. This is a family home with fun features for everyone!
House is well maintained and in a convenient location near the Sharc and Sunriver village. We had 7 in our party but there was pleanty of room for 10 people. Hot tub and outdoor grill are a bonus.
It was our first trip to Sunriver, and after a lot of searching online we decided on this house based on several factors: First we wanted to be close to the SHARC, close to the Village, and it needed to have enough space for our kids, their friends and another couple with their kids. This house did NOT disappoint! Not only was it a fun and short 5 min bike ride to the SHARC, we had a ton of great bikes to use, and FREE passes to use the facility each day. Another few minutes on the cool bike trails and we were at the Village! Our kids LOVED this!! Also, we liked that there were 3 rooms upstairs each with is own full bath. (One used the main hall bath, not ensuite), but there was also plenty of space for the kids to hang out and to sleep downstairs (downstairs room can sleep 4), as well as another full bath - They had their own living room space, TV, foosball table, mini fridge and microwave - Perfect for a kid retreat!
We will be back - it was a great first trip to Sunriver!
We enjoyed a wonderful four nights in this lovely Sunriver home. Simply perfect.
This was a very clean and comfortable home with lots of room for our family. We had a great time and it was nice to be within walking distance to the SHARC. 10/10 would recommend to others.
The property is in a beautiful area within easy walking distance to the SHARC, which we used almost every day (we had four young children in our group). The ten pool passes with the house were a great value! There was a nice array of bicycles in the garage, and all of the group except Grandma took "adventure" bike rides, one for 10 miles. The tables and chairs on the large deck easily accommodated all of us, and the nice grill was a bonus. Although very small, the kitchen had every tool and appliance we could wish for, including a griddle. We would rent this house again.
