This fun and family friendly home has been set up for a fabulous Sunriver Vacation. The home is light and bright and has room for the entire family to spend time either together, or separately.

11 Pine Mountain Lane is located in a perfect area, just a short .25 mile walk to the SHARC, or Fort Rock Park. It is close to Tennis Courts, Golf and the Sunriver Village Mall where you will find shopping, entertainment and restaurants.

The home is 2-level with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a King Master Suite, a second King Master Suite and a third bedroom with a King Bed and bathroom in the hall. The living room, dining room and kitchen are also located upstairs.

Downstairs is a basement with a 4th bedroom with a double/twin bunk and an additional twin bed. There is another full bathroom in the basement, as well as a family room with wet bar and flat screen TV. There is also a foosball table downstairs in a separate game room.
A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with small children.

There are new TV's in each room. There are DVD players as well. The home has a gas fireplace in the living room for warmth and the furniture is newer and comfortable. The home also has a garage for your convenience.

There are 5 adult and 2 youth bikes to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver. (Please bring your own helmets)
Fort Rock Park is just a 'hop skip and a jump' from the home. With our perfect location and fun filled home, we have an ideal set up for your family vacation.

Good space for families
Appreciated the multiple king bed options and baby gate at the top of stairs. House was stocked with laundry and kitchen cleaning supplies, coffee, linens and pool towels, and shovel/ice melt. A bit outdated with minor damage through the house (dog scratch damage in one of the bathrooms and hole in flooring in another bathroom) as well as some damaged kitchen utensils. Good communication at check in but did not hear back after requesting late check out while we planned our exit after a bit of unexpected snow.

Great space and location!
We had a great stay in this large home. Communication with the property management was amazing. Arrive the property management shipped my daughter’s boots home after we forgot them and were super responsive when we asked about it. Highly recommend this property.

Couldn't of asked for a better experience.
Despite our navigation leading us astray, no fault of the property, We were extremely happy to find a CLEAN and cozy home when we arrived. Everything we needed was there, including fresh coffee beans (thankfully cause we forgot ours), a full assortment of cooking pots and pans and clean dishes. The hot tub was hot and the air was cold, but it felt great! Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean, pillows were cozy and we all had our own bathroom! We're coming back!!

Behind a rather ordinary exterior one will find a house that is very nice and cozy inside. It is quite spacious so everyone can find a place for himself and for the entire group (at the dinner or watching movies)

Perfect in every way
We were 3 retired couples staying for 4 nights. We cooked all of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfy, linens were nice and there was plenty of room to stretch out.

Everything in the listing was accurate. I have saved this property for future stays. With the down stairs/basement, it is a really good set up for 3 families and their kids. The kids could all stay together downstairs with the set up.

This home was just five minutes from sharc and the sunriver village. It was a quiet and calm neighborhood. Perfect home for families, lots of space to spread out and tons of seating on the deck! I would definitely recommend!

The host was super responsive. The house was what it is listed as and we felt right at home. It is a quick and easy walk to the SHARC and in a quiet grouping of other houses. It is equipped with most anything you need to prepare meals with a bonus refrigerator in the garage.

The layout of this property was great for our multi-age group. 3 bedrooms and baths on the main floor and a basement for the kids with their own bedroom and bathroom below. The only disappointment was our confusion about the "loft" bed downstairs. A small person could sleep there if they brought a sleeping pad and their own bedding. But we were within walking distance to the Sharc and Village and bike trails were right outside our door. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to future visits to this property.

Great house overall!
I’ll start off my saying we had a rough time getting here because the 11 pine mt address doesn’t work on maps, so we spent 30 mins driving around trying to find it and finally got directions from the map link in the listing. There were tons of helmets and lots of bikes, the furniture is a bit dated in some of the bedrooms but totally functional. Great deck, hot tub, sharc passes, and we loved staying in sunriver! The toilets are child size which I feel like would be an easy update, and the basement was freezing and we couldn’t figure out how to get heat down there. Little issues but we’d stay here again if we come!

Super Home!
We really enjoyed staying in this home!! Everything we needed was supplied, the house was clean & we felt right at home! Sadly my granddaughter & her little girl were not able to make it but I know they would have loved the lower level! We are talking of getting the family together to stay again at this house.

This place is fabulous, dry well appointed with everything a large group would need for a relaxing vacation. I would check the SHARC pass schedule before booking as they are only open from 2:30-5:30 during the school year before June 14th and indoor pool only on weekdays. Otherwise the stay was very nice, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy a bit of privacy. Will return during the summer season to take advantage of the pool.

We love the size of the house, the location, All the bikes, The hot tub and the deck. Just a couple of things to note: The coffee table has a broken leg. The bike locks and keys did not match. They were only three bike locks and two keys.

Lovely home, well appointed, Very Clean and Cozy, an excellent Sunriver Location, Close to everything.
This has become our new favorite Sunriver home after outgrowing our last place. Very comfortable for our larger family, plenty of beds and space. Downstairs was great space for the kids. Well appointed with all the cooking pots and pans, plates, glasses, utensils and flatware you could ever need. The dining table easily fit our group. The open space was comfortable including the gas fireplace for those chilly nights and ambiance. Hot tub was well used by the kids and parents. The SHARC was a quick bike ride using the houses bikes and the Village was a short drive as well. LASTLY, THIS WAS THE CLEANEST HOME WE HAVE STAYED IN SUNRIVER!!!
