Este hotel de 3 dormitorios, 2 baño se encuentra en tres niveles, pero mantiene un ambiente acogedor. La planta principal dispone de una sala de estar con una gran chimenea de piedra y una televisión con un reproductor de DVD. Tiene una superficie perfecta para los rompecabezas o proyectos, aparte de la principal zona de estar.



La cubierta fuera de la sala de estar está diseñado para las comidas al aire libre, ya que hay un conjunto de barbacoa de gas y patio. La cubierta da a un terreno baldío donde los venados son visitantes frecuentes.

La cubierta trasera cerrada tiene un jacuzzi NUEVO a partir de enero de 2019.

En la planta baja hay dos dormitorios (uno con futón doble y litera superior, uno con cama de matrimonio). La cocina, comedor y sala de estar dan al salón principal. También en esta planta se encuentra el dormitorio principal con un gran baño principal y cama king-size.



Hay un garaje de un coche y el jacuzzi, perfecto para observar las estrellas. El pueblo está a la distancia correcta de distancia, a unos 20 minutos a pie por los senderos cercanos.

Best location

This home is central to many of Oregons major attractions. The Sunriver resort is massive but this property is close to the main village and the recreation park.

Spring Break in Sunriver

The home is as pictured. There is a train track that is behind the home that runs several times a day (starts at 7 am). The hot tub was great and the location is close to shopping and a water park.

The wildfire smoke and hot weather made us wish the home had AC but there were some fans so that helped a bit. Love the deck, games and decor. Location is prime with close walk to SHARC and village.

Very nice! I just didn’t like the backhoe and jackhammer starting up next door at 7:00AM while we were there. Otherwise it would of been perfect.

Would maybe consider adding an air conditioner to your stay if coming mid- or late- summer but with included fans we figured out heat management for the place on second day. Great time overall!

Amazing house, close to SHARC

We had an amazing stay at Red Fir 9. So much space for our family to all spread out. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need. We stayed for Thanksgiving and brought our own kitchen items we thought we’d need, but the house was well prepared for cooking. House was extremely clean when we arrived. Rental company was fabulous to work with. We ended up adding a day to our stay and they were quick to accommodate. We will definitely stay here again.

It is a bit dark - no overhead lighting because of the home's era and there are no "extras" like bikes or a ping pong table but the location was terrific for us and the home served our needs. Great house!

I loved this house and the location to the village and the SHARC. Fort Rock park was only a bike ride away that even my 3 year old was able to do. The only thing was the trains during the night that woke us, sometimes 1-2 times a night. I didn't realize it was so close to the train tracks, but that may have been something I overlooked. Overall it was a great house to stay at.

The property was clean and well maintained. Any questions or concerns were promptly handled. The only surprise is it's close to some railroad tracks. There weren't too many trains, and few during the night, so it was OK.

But we lucked out with weather only in the 70s so it wasn't too bad. Lots of room for everyone to be together or apart. Great deck and we saw deer everyday walking through. Loved that it had the Sharc passes which saved our family of 6 a lot of money. Would definitely stay here again. The Sharc is right across the main road and The Village right now the street. Great Location!

We have rented in Sun River for over 30 years.One recommendation I have is that the homes without air conditioning, need to upgrade to air conditioning or provide some type of relief now that summers are much hotter than in the past. There are portable units which could be provided if they don't want to go to the cost of full home systems.

Great House

The house was great! The kitchen was well stocked and had all you would need. It is a split level so you have stairs up and down in the house. The master bed was comfy but the pillows are horrible so bring your own. Only one set of towels per guest allowed in home. We were there 11 days and when we asked for more towels, we were told to wash them in the provided washer and dryer. The construction next door was loud. We were on our honeymoon and woken each week day to an air compressor, their music and banging. We adapted but it would have been much better without that and we wished we would have known so we had the option of choosing a different property. All in all the good out weighed the bad.

Christmas Family Getaway

Well stocked kitchen- no Kuerig though that was disappointing...My family and extended family all have different coffee habits so all brought their own pods. Recommend at least upgrading to that...The master bed was a bit uncomfortable however the size of the bed made it ok.We truly enjoyed the 3 levels great of shenanigans to happen upstairs whileThe little ones took naps down below. Fireplace was my favorite! Fire starter stuff would be helpful but we just brought some 2 hour logs and then added wood for the popCrackle and fire we wanted!

Reviewer Comments: The house has a nice open layout with the two levels of living space which was nice for people to be together but also have their own space. It had all we needed and very satisfied as a middle of the road vacation home. There are a couple of things that stood out in the not best way. The bunk beds are probably fine for kids but my adult kid ended up sleeping in the living room on the pull out couch as it was completely unreasonable for anyone over 50 lbs or 9 yrs old. The only other down side which some people may want to know about beforehand is that they are building a new house right next door. The first two mornings we were woken at 7 am with the serenade of heavy equipment. Surprisingly it wasn't nearly as disruptive as I had feared and it's on the opposite side of the house from the deck but still something that someone should be aware of. Also I would suggest some sort of shading for the top windows from the afternoon sun as it made it a bit harder to keep it cool on the hot days.

Está en una buena ubicación la recomiendo puedes pasar una excelente atardecer con familia la villa está muy cerca Una de las experiencias más agradables llegamos una hora más temprano y hablamos a la oficina y la persona que me atendido amable y nos dio acceso ala casa muchas gracias
