Amazing stay at the villa

I stayed at the villa of Fatima with three friends. We stayed for 8 days and enjoyed every day of it. The villa is huge and every bedroom has it’s own bathroom. The livingroom is a great place to hang out with eachother. Fatima respected our privacy and was very good in communicating with us. It was no problem to check-in earlier and check-out later. The guard of the villa was very friendly and provided a safe feeling. The lady that cleaned the house was also amazing. She made breakfast for us a couple of times that was traditional and she made us laugh a lot. I do recommend to hire a car with the villa. It is about 20 minutes driving to Medina. Fatima thank you for the nice stay!

Séjour agréable avec quelques bémols...

Belle villa ayant besoin d'être rénovée... Clim, électricité, bassins intérieurs à sec etc.. Beaucoup de bruit, surtout la nuit. Emplacement un peu excentré par rapport au centre et à la Médina. Piscine et terrasse très agréables. Personnel sympathique et compétent. Cuisinière hors paire !!!

Stor rummelig godt beliggende

Meget velfungerende, vi var 13 personer og der var rigelig plads i små lejligheder og værelser. Stort fælles areal i stueetagen. Åbent til etagen ovenpå, så man kunne føle at man var sammen og kunne også være sig selv. Virkede rigtig Middelhavsafrikansk.

Just wonderful!

My family and I (5 adults and 2 children) have just returned from a week long stay and have all raved excitedly about our time here to family, friends and colleagues. The property owner Khalid could not have been more welcoming, friendly, sincere and hospitable. Similarly the villa staff were fantastic and each of them really went above and beyond to make our stay very special. Truly wonderful people - kind, generous, obliging - nothing was too much trouble... giving advice on places to visit, educating us on the local culture, planning meals with / for us.... even catering for two fussy children. The food... wow... this was some of the best I have EVER tasted (and I love good food)! The villa is in very good condition, is very spacious and homely and is kept exceptionally clean with all of the amenities you could need. My mum celebrated her 60th birthday while in Marrakech and the villa staff really went out of their way to help us have a brilliant celebration. Always there on hand if needed yet never intrusive.... you barely knew they were there. Location wise it's in a quiet and safe residential area with a large supermarket within short walking distance (literally the end of the road). From there a short taxi ride can be taken in to Gueliz to access the many restaurants, shops and attractions.... not that we ate out at all - the food in the villa was just too good. I would absolutely return in future and cannot recommend this property enough. 5 stars! Eileen Scotland, UK

Great house with wonderful staff and surroundings

There is much great things to be mentioned about this villa, its staff and service! We were a large group of 7 and this was oerfect for us. The house has charachter and is spacious with all the amenaties that you need. The staff were very kind and helpfull, they went full lenghts to make our stay wonderful and memorable. Great breakfeast and fresh fruit served just as a an extra kind of service. This was great and we will definitly be back soon! :) Alexander with friends

Idéal pour séjour à Marrakech, belle decouverte et je suis un habitué de Marrakech

Top ! personnel très agréable disponible et souriant ! Propriétaire au petit soins Bonnes prestations générales, villa gardée sécurité appréciable, n’ai pas eu la chance d’avoir bcp de soleil, mais même sans soleil ce fut un séjour très agréable, et cette demeure doit l’ etre encore plus avec le soleil

Très déçu par la qualité des prestations de la villa pas de télé ;pas de bonne literie etc

Villa très grande mais vétuste sans les prestations de bases literie chauffage télé rien n a été correct une odeur d égouts dans la salle de bain qui ne s écoule pas bien Dommage la villa pourrait être superbe avec un investissement financier resonnable La salade de fruit 🍇 du matin était les reste de la veille une horreur En résumé

Bonjour Monsieur Lahondes, Comme vous pouvez le remarquer, la majorité des avis voire toutes sont positives, sauf la votre qui fait exception. Néanmoins et dans un souci d'amélioration , je vous remercie pour vos remarques et croyez moi je le ai pris en compte à savoir: le changement d'une literie, effectivement qui commençait à fatiguer, des travaux ont été effectués pour remédier à l'odeur émanant d'une salle de bain. Quant aux restes Télé et chauffage, ils fonctionnent très bien et je m'en suis assuré. Je vous remercie encore et espère vous revoir une autre fois dans de meilleurs conditions, soyez-en sûr. The best villa in Marrakech!!!

This is the best villa you can get in Marrakech. The guard and waitress of the villa are really good and friendly. I have been in a couple of villas in Marrakech but this was the second time we have been to this villa and it was really good again. The location and villa is perfect for family and to go with friends as well. Thanks again for the warm wellcome we had and hope to come next year definetely again.

Amazing villa

The villa is outstanding and I would recommend it to everyone. It's a mind blowing place to stay and the staff were really helpful and villa is located in a really nice area. Also the villa has many rooms and bathrooms and the swimming pool is really nice and the maids are brilliant cooks. Very good place to stay for friends and family.

Marrakech

It was one of the best rentals I ever stay in. Clean and organized villa, peaceful and secured neighborhood, not far from the services only 5 minutes to the city center. friendly and helpful staff, well designed you will feel the Moroccan and traditional spirit around you. I highly recommend this Villa for the people who looks for the luxury life.

très belle villa, accueil chaleureux.

Séjour formidable dans cette villa à l'extérieur de la médina, facilement accessible en taxi, commerces à proximité. Un seul bémol : le bruit de circulation jusqu'à minuit et à partir de 5h. Quand on n'est pas habitué, cela est gênant. Fatiha, la cuisinière, est un vrai cordon bleu. Fathem Zara, sa soeur, très efficace dans la gestion de la maison. Mahmoud, le gardien, est très discret mais toujours présent si besoin.

Villa idéale pour vacances en groupe

Nous avons séjourné en famille (15 personnes) dans cette magnifique villa , nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. La ville est très spacieuse, les chambres confortables. Le quartier est très calme . Un supermarché avec une petite galerie marchande est juste à côté. Les bus desservent le centre, les jardins et la joyeuse place Jemaa el Fnaa. Le personnel attaché à la maison est exceptionnel , nous avons dégusté de nombreuses spécialités , de succulentes grillades . Je vous recommande ce lieu de vacances !!!

Villa tres spacieuse pour grande famille

Nous avons beaucoup aime notre sejour dans la villa. La villa se trouve dans un quartier calme . Le personnel etait tres sympa. C'est une villa tres appropriee pour une grande famille, il y a suffisamment de douches et toilettes. En plus la villa etait propre. Il y a un supermarche dans les environs. Le centre de Marrakech se trouve a 10 minutes en taxi de la villa.

Un super souvenir qui donne envie de revenir

Tres belle villa située dans le beau quartier de Targa avec 1 personnel tout à notre service et surtout 1cuisiniere hors pair qui nous à fait découvrir la sublime cuisine marocaine . Les chambres sont spacieuses équipées de la tv avec satellite et lecteur dvd et surtout le grand salon avec sont home cinema et sont écran comme au cinema que de bon souvenir une adresse de location superbe bravo à tout le personnel de la villa j louis ALGAY

Hi Guys, I would just like to be honest and let you know about the wonderful time I had at the villa. Villa: It is better than what you see in the pictures, you have everything you would need, down to a cinema projector and sound system. 5 Stars. Very clean and unkeep throughout your stay. Location: Targa - next to Acima supermarket, 5-10 minutes from central, plenty of taxi's from the super market. This is a very nice area , I would say its the higher end of town full of professional people. Staff: Excellent and very friendly, you must get the chef to cook for you, she is amazingly good, the best food I have ever had. Overall I have to rate this property with 5 Stars, covering the above aspects, I have no complaints only have had an excellent stay. would highly recommend this villa with no hesitation.
