We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was great. Very close to the quicksilver lift. If your looking to stay close to Peak 9 this place is perfect. Plenty of room in the condo to relax.
Great older condo. Clean and completely furnished. Easy (except for one small hill coming and going) walk to lift. Hope to stay hear again in future.
The property was nice, clean, warm and well stocked.
It's walking distance to the lifts, I preferred to hire a locker at the lift base so that I didn't have to walk in ski boots.
The property was a good choice for 5 people. The 2 bathrooms were really handy.
The underground heated carpark was an advantage, as it was very cold (0 degrees) and snowy (good for skiing, not great for cars parked outside). I appreciated not having to scrape snow off the car.
The only downside is the communual laundry. The machines were unreliable and I thought expensive to use. We questioned the sight manager about the laundry issues and he simply said "they are old". This is not the owners fault more the building management not servicing/replacing the machines appropriately.
I would stay here again as we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this property for families or groups of couples.
The location of this condo was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. It seemed a little smaller than I thought it would be, but that didn't bother us. The only complaint we really had was that we would have liked some more towels to be able to use after getting in the hot tub. The hot tubs/ pools were just a couple minute walk away and were clean and had a warm locker room to change in. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.
Was cozy and great location
My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful time over Christmas. The condo is close to everything you want to do in Breck, all you have to do is walk. No car needed.
The condo was clean, comfy and well stocked. Plenty of blankets and pillows.
Brian is very accommodating as well.
