Other amenities include 2 gated underground parking spaces (***6' Clearance Height or less*** due to the steep incline of the driveway, larger vehicles may top out as they come down the steep driveway incline ***MOST LARGE SUV'S WILL NOT FIT***), top of the line bath towels, bed linens/blankets/pillows, a fully stocked kitchen (plateware, cookware, cups, bowls, utensils, etc), custom paint throughout, and a starter kit of supplies (hand/dish/laundry soaps, garbage bags, toilet paper, & paper towels).

The interior of this lovely home is very SPACIOUS with ample designer upgrades. The main entry is located on the side of the building and features an entry area with a half bath (sink & toilet) as well as a top-of-the-line stackable Washer/Dryer. Just past the foyer you will be Wow'd by the OPEN FLOOR PLAN & FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS that houses the Kitchen, Dining, & Living areas. We vacation in Mission Beach every year and this is by far one of the top homes on our list! Great family friendly building, more than enough kitchenware (well exceeded our expectations!), wonderful indoor/outdoor space, very spacious, and nice perk having new Queen beds in rear bedroom (ad said Full sized beds, but Nick the mgr. notified us new Queen beds were just delivered). Overall an amazing home, having the downstairs patio to ourselves really was the icing on the cake, we will be back!!!

Great location and amazing property - only downside is upstairs renters!

The property itself was fantastic with amazing views. Great location as it was within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the ocean side. The kitchen was lacking with some basic utensils (no oven mitts, laundry or dishwasher soap, larger frying pans or griddles) but given the close proximity to restaurants perhaps people prefer to eat out.

We were on the main floor which included a lot of outdoor space and direct access to the beach. The only downside was not considering the potential noise from renters above. We had 2 families with many small children so the noise started by 7:00am each morning with kids running back and forth (it sounded like they were moving chairs across the floor all morning). Something to consider if we rent a condo unit again.

Fantastic for 2 Families

Highly recommend! Like the fact it was all one level, nice open floorplan with all glass doors looking out to the Bay, plus private bay front patio…amazing! Good variety of sleeping areas for the 10 of us (children liked the double bunks), I’m not too techy but with the simple step by step instructions we were able to turn on the ceiling speakers for music. We could walk to the Aquatic Center, rented paddle boats for the day. Fantastic outdoor space for grilling & lounging, overall a fantastic stay.

Wish we could give 10 stars!

By far this is the best place our family has stayed on the bay. If you want spacious (easily fit all 10 of us), ground floor easy bay access, views, lots of exclusive outdoor space, along with some high-tech upgrades (love the Apple TV & Sirius Music, i've never seen my husband so happy watching football on 3 TV's!!!), this is the house! The management welcome guide made made our stay seamless, wish we could give 10 stars.

Property Review

We rent on the bayside every summer, but our first time at this property. Location wise - anything on Bayside Walk is excellent for those looking to stay off the ocean side noise and boardwalk foot traffic. At this property, we loved the extra square footage given the size our family with kids. That was the biggest plus. However, we got off to a rough start, given the "Smart Home Technology". It simply did not work, with the whole system having to be rebooted by an on-site "tech support" 3 days into our one week stay. Apparently they don't work weekends. Would have been helpful if Nick was there to greet us when we arrived to cover instructions and validate everything was up and running. While we had two underground dedicated parking spaces, it is very, very tight getting in and out. And no fun lugging all our luggage, groceries and supplies, on foot, up a steep ramp, out on the street, then around the corner to get in the front door. There is a parking space for property next door right outside the 2nd bedroom window and door. Be prepared for noise at night when they come and go. Also, we tried to park there for 5 minutes to unload our car as it was two steps from the bedroom door. No way. Very mean neighbor came out and demanded we get our car out of their space immediately. We asked nicely if we could use it for 5 minutes, at that time or later. Not a chance. There is an outdoor shower on the opposite side of the property, but was not aware it existed until we discovered it 5 days into our stay. The renters in the upstairs property were not aware of the outside shower either and constantly asked to use our hose to rinse off sand before they went home. If you can live with these annoyances, this is a great property if you're looking for extra square footage on the inside.

Owner's Response: Please note that guests are provided instructions on how to operate our ipad functions, a simple reboot was fixed the next business day. Our welcome instructions also outline arrival instructions including photos, which most of our guests really appreciate. We'd just like to clarify there is an outdoor hose with foot washes on the side of the building for all building guests to use, as well as an additional hose on the downstairs patio exclusive just for our downstairs unit! We have a 5 star rating & invite our guests to read all our reviews.
