This is a beautiful villa located in Casa De Campo Resort in Dominican Republic. It has a tropical private lush green garden surrounding the entire property which you can view and admire from every area of the house. Cozy, elegant yet comfortable and perfectly furnished interiors. Spacious , sunny and fresh interiors . Four bedrooms ,6 baths, studio, Gazebo, infinity pool. Maid,cook and butler at your service . Situated in Casa De Campo, a Ponderosa, tropical seaside resort where you will find all the amenities; beaches, marina, 4 golf courses ,grocery store, gym,spa , restaurants and many more.
The resort charges resort fees to villa renters per person per day USD $ 25.00 ( Per adult) Not included with the rental. (Please talk to me about options to waive this fee. )

Our family of 8 just returned from our vacation to Casa de Campo. The villa was perfect for everyone, including our 1 year old grandchild. We were immediately greeted by Lucy who made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Lucy made us a delicious daily breakfast, and the dinners that she made for us were just as enjoyable as any restaurant meal we had. Lucy's helper was fantastic too! The villa was always spotless, and the pool and yard were perfect. The owner,Rosa, was very responsive to all my emails and helpful in making our arrival and time at her home just perfect. We were very sad to leave!!

What a stay!

Really loved this everything about this villa! Lots space, clean, best staff. The food was incredible. The host was extremely helpful with making reservations and organizing carts and transportation. Could not have been better! Would most certainly return!

Great House and Pool

This house was amazing! It slept our party of 9 very comfortably. We loved our stay here, but the only thing to be aware of is while the bedrooms have A/C, the majority of the living areas are not air conditioned. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing few days in Casa de Campo

We love Casa de Campo and came down for a long weekend wedding. Rosa’s description of the house and pictures were spot on and we really enjoyed our visit. Lucy and her team did a great job with breakfast and dinner as needed. We wish we could have stayed longer and really appreciate the openness of the house and the privacy.

Rosa, the host, was very good at communicating before and during our stay. She even helped us arrange groceries prior to arrival.We arrived during a busy time for check in and unfortunately, you must check in for this property through the resort gates. This took about 45 minutes due to the number of guests checking in, but the time should be built into your schedule.Upon arrival to the home, Lucy welcomed us to the home which was as described in the listing. Lucy was very helpful and made wonderful food for our family. She was responsive to our needs. The home is family friendly and comfortable. We were only traveling with four people, so the space was more than we needed. The pool and furniture were also a huge plus. Many places we considered did not have as nice of setups.Unfortunately, the property has some deferred maintenance and a tired look. Pealing walls in the bathroom(s) were unsightly, but expected to an extent given the climate. The towel rods need to be reset as they appear to be falling off the walls in the master. The most concerning issue we encountered was following a significant rain event. The house had 2-3 areas that leaked in the main living area. The leaks left discolored wet floors that needed to be cleaned up that could be a slip hazard. I suspect a new roof is needed.This property is about a 10-15 minute golf cart ride to Minitas Beach and the Marina. We did not mind the drive. We would consider staying again if the issues were addressed.

Amazing stay in Casa de Campo

Our stay at Casa de Campo over Christmas was absolutely perfect! Rosa, the host, went above and beyond, answering all our questions and even setting up a beautiful Christmas tree to make our holiday extra special. Lucy and Fina were amazing and so helpful. Lucy’s cooking was hands down the best we had during our time at the resort, and Fina kept everything spotless while making us feel completely at home. The villa was stunning, with an amazing yard that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return!

Perfect for our situation

We spent a long weekend at this property with my wife, her sisters, and some friends (8 people total). We had other family and friends staying close by at the hotel, which was a 3 minute golf cart ride (perfect). The staff was so welcoming and kept the place clean, they cooked for us each day, including a dinner party we planned for our other family in town. It was the right amount of space, in the right area of casa de campo with great amenities.

Amazing Home and Staff

This home is EXACTLY what we were looking for. Spacious, modern, clean and cozy. We regret not staying there longer. But it's ok because we'll be back. The staff was great and the cook was 5 star! Rosa the owner was also extremely helpful from start to finish and made the entire process a wonderful and easy experience. Can't say enough about our stay!

Wonderful Home!

My family of 7 stayed here for a week and we do not have one compliant! Everyone loved Rosa's house- comfortable beds, sitting areas and large pool. The place is spotless. Large dining table made for a great game table! What you see is what you get and more. Rosa was wonderful with her communication and response time when things came up! Lucy was terrific as well! Such an amazing experience!!

We recently stayed in Rosa’s villa for my son’s 30th birthday. Rosa was the best host, she was very prompt in responding to our questions and needs during our stay. Her staff was truly amazing! The service Lucy and Cesar provided was top notch. The meals and drinks they prepared for us exceeded our expectations and topped any all-inclusive resort service I have experienced so far. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress free vacation with outstanding service. Top notch for sure!

Fabulous Stay

We had a fabulous stay. The villa was spacious and open and the location was central to everything at Casa de Campo. We lounged by the beautiful pool and took full advantage of the many different gathering areas in the house that were all open to the backyard as show in the photos. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable.. Part of what sets this house apart from others is the exceptional staff. Lucy and Fina were amazing. They prepared and served meals with a smile that were hands down better than anything we ate in the restaurants on the property. Rosa was a great host and very easy to reach when we had questions. We highly recommend this property!

Great staff / house need upkeep

Service and staff was great. The property needs a lot of repairs to get it in top shape. No hot water in some bathrooms, loose shower faucets, furniture in disrepair, pool tiles missing and rotten wood deck. Overall property is in poor shape and needs work done
