About Michele Westmoreland

My husband, Derek and I moved to Colorado in 1998 from Austin, Texas. We love Colorado and especially Estes Park! We bought Bond Park Place in early 2014. Derek did a remodel on the house before we put it on the vacation home market. We are very familiar with Estes Park as we were owner/operators of a small resort from 2001 to 2014. Estes Park is a great mountain town that is very casual and laid back. It's a great vacation place for families and is the gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It doesn't get much better than Estes Park!

Michele Westmoreland purchased this house in 2014

Perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 5 loved this home! It is very close to all the action of Estes Park, yet quiet and peaceful for reading, visiting, or eating out on the deck. The shower is awesome - like being at a spa! The kitchen is well-appointed and the living room provides plenty of comfortable seating. Although, with all the fantastic activities in the area we didn't sit around very much! When we return to the area we will reserve this home again.

Perfect location for Estes

  • 5 of 5

The owners were so helpful during our stay. They were responsive and flexible and so accommodating. The location of this place is perfect if you want to spend some time in Estes. It was walking distance to the downtown area, but far enough away that it was nice and quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept great. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Estes.

Comfortable and convenient cottage

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I stayed for slightly over a week and a half recently at this cute cottage in Estes Park. The cottage was fully furnished and there wasn't anything that we needed that we didn't find. The location is right around the corner from downtown, but maintains a rural vibe. We enjoyed the view of a deer in our backyard, multiple chipmunks and rabbits around the house, an elk strolling through the neighborhood and a coyote trotting down the street on our last morning. Donna, the property manager, was in contact during our stay to help us in any way she could. We headed to the National Park almost every day of our stay and this location is convenient to both entrances to the park. Definitely recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Estes Park.

Great Location! Perfect for family vacation!

  • 5 of 5

This cabin was in an excellent location, just a couple blocks from town, but still had the beautiful views of being in the mountains! Clean and well kept with all the amenities, it met the needs of our family of five perfectly with all we needed to make a few meals for breakfast and dinner or to prepare our lunches for our daily hikes! The fancy shower is awesome and having a washer and dryer available is priceless after spending the days hiking! This is definitely a place we will book for future visits to Estes Park...very comfortable and enjoyable! Thank you!
