Plenty of driveway parking. Easy walk to everything that downtown Estes Park has to offer including numerous restaurants! Or stay in and grill on the outdoor deck and enjoy the views!

About Michele Westmoreland

My husband, Derek and I moved to Colorado in 1998 from Austin, Texas. We love Colorado and especially Estes Park! We bought Bond Park Place in early 2014. Derek did a remodel on the house before we put it on the vacation home market. We are very familiar with Estes Park as we were owner/operators of a small resort from 2001 to 2014. Estes Park is a great mountain town that is very casual and laid back. It's a great vacation place for families and is the gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It doesn't get much better than Estes Park!

We also have a hard sided cooler on the back side of the house. There is a styrofoam cooler above the washer/dryer. Either can be used for picnics in the Rocky Mountain National Park!

My family and I stayed at the cozy cottage towards the end of March to celebrate my moms birthday. The location of the property was located within walking distance to Downtown Estes Park. We found this to be accommodating since we all had different things in mind that we wanted to do. The rental itself was very well maintained and clean. The only struggle was the two twin beds. My brother and I are both a little too old to be sleeping in such small beds and sharing a room. But then again, we were there for such a short amount of time, it wasn't issue. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Location for Thanksgiving

First, I have to comment on how clean this cottage was. How awesome it was to walk in and not feel like I needed to do a little cleaning first. Location was perfect. We were able to walk down to the Christmas parade on Friday night. Walk to Claire's for breakfast a couple times. The views around the cottage were awesome it was too bad it wasn't warmer so we could enjoy the porch or grill. Easy access to get to Safeway and the park too. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect and Cozy in EVERY way!

This little cottage was absolutely PERFECT in every way! The location was ideal - being walking distance from downtown and being able to sit on the deck and drink coffee while admiring the Stanley Hotel was just the icing on the cake. The house was really clean and super cozy - it was the most ideal set up for a girls weekend! The owners are really friendly and very easy to communicate with... it made the stay stress free! Can't WAIT to go back and stay here again!! :)

Wonderful vacation home, great location near downtown

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect, on a hill above downtown. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go in Estes Park. It's also an easy jump to RMNP, where hiking trails and lakes abound. The house itself was great. It had the best stocked kitchen of any vacation house we've stayed at yet. The master bed was wonderfully comfortable. My only complaint about our stay here is that my husband loved the shower so much he's now planning a remodel of our master bathroom at home.

Fall Breakers

What a Great place to stay. The house was located in the Perfect spot, so easy to walk down the hill into or town or hop in the car for the short drive to RMNP. Bond Park Place had everything needed to make our trip comfortable, including a fan which was a major plus since we are noise sleepers. The owners have left a manual loaded with tips for the area, big thumbs up for that too. Our correspondence with Donna, the manager, was very easy and we were lucky to meet her when we arrived. Would highly recommend staying here and plan to stay again if we are ever in the area. Thanks for sharing Bond Park a Place with our family.
