Two outdoor patio/decks with views of the mountains, downtown Estes, Estes Lake, and the historic Stanley Hotel. Recently updated with all the modern conveniences including Wifi and Cable TV. Plenty of driveway parking. Easy walk to everything that downtown Estes Park has to offer including numerous restaurants! Or stay in and grill on the outdoor deck and enjoy the views!

About Michele Westmoreland

My husband, Derek and I moved to Colorado in 1998 from Austin, Texas. We love Colorado and especially Estes Park! We bought Bond Park Place in early 2014. Derek did a remodel on the house before we put it on the vacation home market. We are very familiar with Estes Park as we were owner/operators of a small resort from 2001 to 2014. Estes Park is a great mountain town that is very casual and laid back. It's a great vacation place for families and is the gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It doesn't get much better than Estes Park!

We also have a hard sided cooler on the back side of the house. There is a styrofoam cooler above the washer/dryer. Either can be used for picnics in the Rocky Mountain National Park!

Best place to stay in Estes Park

What a perfect little cottage, right downtown! This place has everything you will need and more! It's spacious, so charming and we loved the view from the backyard and the swing bench :) You can also see the Stanley hotel from the bedroom window. But we loved that it was walking distance from downtown and felt so homey. The owners thought of everything, even a huge binder of referrals for things to do and places to see!! Loved it and will definitely be back!!

Great location, comfortable & clean house

My husband and I celebrated our birthdays this year in Estes Park and chose to stay at Bond Park Place. It was our first trip to Colorado and we couldn't have picked a better rental. Although it was just the two of us, the extra bedroom came in handy for storing our luggage, camera equipment, hiking boots, etc. And the shower-loved it! Very relaxing after a day of hiking in RMNP. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and all the wildlife in the yard. Several elk were bedded down in the yard across the street. My husband loved that. The location of the house is perfect since it is close to all the shops and several restaurants. Prior to our stay, Donna, the property manager, was so helpful with our questions and gave some excellent recommendations for dinning choices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this rental again if we were to revisit Estes Park.

Excellent views overlooking downtown Estes shops. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and Bond Park for many local festivities. During the peak summer months there is a free shuttle that will take you everywhere in town and even out to the Rocky Mountain National Park!
