誰もが完璧なフランスの休日を楽しむための何かと上品な納屋の変換。 グランドサンナゼールには、大型のプライベート（温水）スイミングプールがあり、カペスタンの古代カタール教会とその向こうのブラックマウンテンに向かってぶどう畑の素晴らしい絶景を眺めることができます。 家には3つのレベルがあります。 1階には、広いダイニングエリアと日当たりの良いテラスに通じる広々としたオープンプランのキッチンがあります。 3つのソファと42インチの液晶衛星テレビとDVDを備えた広々としたリビングルームからは、ブドウ畑を見渡せます。 階下にトイレと独立したユーティリティルーム（洗濯機と乾燥機）があります。 追加の宿泊施設を提供するために、デイベッド付きの部屋をリビングルームから分離することができます。 南向きのテラスに通じるガラス扉があります。 1階には、3つの明るいダブルベッドルームと2つのスタイリッシュなバスルームがあります。 この家は、カペスタンを見下ろすブドウ園にある特権的な地位の恩恵を受けています。

A gorgeous house in a great location

A really lovely house for a family holiday. Ideally located in the region with lots to see and do. The house was bigger that expected and the outdoor areas were really good - a fantastic pool. No issues with the host (Phil) who was really helpful. Highly recommended!

Wonderful house with a lovely host

Driving up to the property each day is a joy in itself, along a long straight road lined either side with beautiful tall trees, vineyards to the left and right with the sunlight slipping between the branches. I’m not doing it justice, It’s wonderful every time you come home. Capestang is a 1 minute drive away at the most. Capestang is a charming and quaint french town with tons of character, Although its rural it’s got everything you’d need including 2 big supermarkets and a petrol station. The house itself is stunning and a sort of mid point between modern interior design and traditional french farm house, but in all the right ways. I loved the modern living room, bathrooms, bedrooms and pool area but not as much as the traditional farmhouse kitchen. The living room is enormous and beautifully decorated, three large patio doors open to a view of all of Capestang over the vineyards. Breathing views that you’d never get bored of looking at. The pool was crystal clear every day, the perfect temperature to cool off in and in its own enclosed gated garden which we loved as we could lock the kids in or out. The garden is also huge and well kept. The bathrooms are clean and modern, the water pressure is great, the wifi is speedy if you need it, the views are superb. Phil is a brilliant host, friendly and accommodating and always quick to reply to messages or emails. In summary just book this place, its great, you wont regret it and you’ll never want to leave.

Le Grand St Nazaire

This was the loveliest but dirtiest and problematic house we have ever rented. The house and views are spectacular but on arrival the house was not clean and had several maintenance issues. The kitchen was not clean with dirty cutlery and saucepan draws and cobwebs in all the cupboards and on the cooker hood. The bathroom toilet was broken, the shower tray In upstairs en-suite would not drain and smelt very unpleasant, the u-bend in kitchen sink leaked and flooded kitchen floor, the dishwasher had no salt on arrival and the swimming pool filter was not working properly which meant we had to clean pool every morning for at least half an hour and living room was so dusty you could write and did, ‘clean me’ in the dust on the TV and table football table. Majority of issues were raised with owner during our stay and they did try to address but the point being they should have been fixed before our arrival. Three bottles of wine to apologise did not cut it, especially as we found out the owners had been there the week and should have fixed the known problems in their own time and not our precious holiday time!!

Thank you for your booking and for your feedback, which is really important to us. We are pleased that our house is the loveliest you have ever rented and are sorry that not everything was what you hoped for. Our housekeeper and cleaner do a very thorough job of preparing he house for new guests. We apologise for the areas which you found had not been cleaned. Christine is always on hand if she is made aware that some housekeeping still needs to be done, eg dusting or refilling salt in the dishwasher. The leak under the sink had been repaired prior to your arrival. We are sorry that this was not successful and needed to be fixed again. The house has four bathrooms and one downstairs cloakroom. Unfortunately, during your stay, the refill mechanism in one of the cisterns was running on. The required part arrived and the toilet has been restored to full working order. Our handyman could find no blockage in the shower tray nor could he detect an unpleasant smell. There is, as in most showers, a squeegee to get rid of any residual water. I am pleased to report that the pool filtration system has no fault and continued to provide crystal clear water throughout the week. It's advisable that every day, at certain times of year, guests use the net for scooping out any dead insects or leaves. Best wishes Phil and Hazel

Les deux chambres au deuxième étage sont modernes spacieuse par contre aucun meuble de rangement dans la dernière chambre.Au premier étage les sdb sont modernes également par contre les 3 chambres sont a remettre au goût du jour.Au niveau du rez-de-chaussée un tres gand salon spacieux ,baby-foot et billard enfant mis a disposition.Dans la cuisine il y a beaucoup de matériel mis a disposition.Il n’y a malheureusement pas de vue sur la piscine de la maison. (Pas idéal avec des enfants en bas âge) Dans l'annonce il etait noté piscine chauffée se n'était pas la cas a notre arrivée du coup on a perdu quelques jours car elle etait tres froide. ( même si le propriétaire a ete tres réactif à notre demande)Petit bémol il y a un manque de propreté générale du bâtiment et ses alentours.

Wir waren nur zu dritt in diesem wunderschönen Haus, war natürlich unbeschreiblich was man da Platz hatte.. 5 Badezimmer sind vorhanden ! die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war alles da was man so braucht! Der Pool war natürlich ein Traum (Sogar Außendusche gab es am Pool)und natürlich die Privatsphäre! (Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar) Ich hab sehr gerne hier gekocht, mein kleiner könnte hier super Laufrad fahren, es gibt ein Billardtisch, Tischkicker, Tischtennis & alles zum Boule spielen, Ein einzigartiges Haus in der Natur, wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Poolbereich ist einfach toll. Leider gibt es nicht im gesamten Haus eine Klimaanlage. Da wir einige Tage wirklich sehr hohe Temperaturen über 40 grad hatten war das vor allem mit den Kindern in der Nacht sehr grenzwertig. Die tragbaren Geräte sind bei solchen Temperaturen leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Etwas Nachbesserungsbedarf gibt es auch beim Besteck in der Küche ( das war für 8 Personen einfach zu wenig). Aber das ist klagen auf hohem Niveau. Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Hot holiday in hamlet house

A lovely hot August fortnight for eight (6 adults & 2 children) at this house just outside Capestang. Close enough for the town's shops and market, but in a quiet hamlet. The pool was a godsend in a heatwave of 30C+ everyday. Pleasant shade under the trees. There is air-conditioning in the kitchen/dining area, and fans are available in the rest of the house. Plenty of bathrooms, too - a must. Lots of room for our group to spread out, too. Great beaches and mountains are within reach, as well as city sightseeing in Beziers and Narbonne. There's no chance of running out of things to do. All in all an enjoyable stay in a comfy house with everything you could need.

Home from Home

We had the most amazing holiday. The property has everything you need and more. The pool is crystal clear and everyone had a great time relaxing by it and playing in it. The space gave us lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun and, when needed, the welcome shade. We visited lakes nearby and one in Carcassonne that had a large inflatable water park which the children and adults both enjoyed. We visited local beaches and enjoyed the cafes along the seafront. We visited the Aqua Park twice and visited Bezier several times for lunch. The local village was friendly and the markets vibrant. The holiday was exactly as we had hoped, from the ease of booking, Phil was beyond helpful, to the support from Christine and family whilst we were there. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this property for all ages as it gives the perfect combination of a relaxed and chilled break to a full and exciting holiday. All we can say is, thank you!

Capestang Summer 2022

The property is located outside Capestang in the middle of vineyards so car needed for shopping . Spacious accommodation with great views . Amazing pool !…with platform for children . A blessing as the heat was intense reaching 40 o . Phil the owner was very accommodating and so helpful . The villa could benefit with the installation of an air con system throughout the property particularly the rooms upstairs as the fans didn’t really cool the sleeping areas . I would definitely recommend renting this holiday villa perfect for a family with children.

Lovely...

Great communication with the owner, great facilities for children & pool was fab. We didn't venture out much but walked into Capestang with children a few times. Excellent views and lovely quiet location-exactly what we wanted.

Super semaine

Grande et belle maison, belle piscine extérieure avec ses bains de soleil. Grande chambre avec de belles salles d'eau. Seul petit point négatif, pas de volets dans les chambres. Du coup, nous sommes réveillés avec le lever du jour.

Fabulous stay!

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house. It is so relaxing, spacious and well equipped. We all adored the pool and really appreciated how child friendly it was. Given we have children of 2, 5 and 7 it was a challenge for us to find a suitable place for our holiday - Grand Saint Nazaire and the surrounding towns and cities proved perfect. We hope to be able to come back again next year!

Great, family friendly villa

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The villa itself is spacious and well decorated with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The outdoor space is superb and very safe for young children. The walk into Capestang took a little longer than we had hoped (1 hour from villa to square) but that was with 2 Prams and a 4 yr old! A very pleasant 40 min walk with able adults! Phil, the owner, was excellent at responding to any queries we had. Christine, the local contact, was also very helpful. There are several wonderful daytrips in the surrounding region. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Lovely spacious house in a beautiful vinyard

The house is a mixture of an old French farmhouse and modern apartments. Gorgeous view to the really lovely village of Capestang. Nicely renovated bedrooms with marvelous bathrooms under the roof. The beds are really comfy! The kitchen was very well equipped. The pool area is also very beautiful and we all had a lot of fun in the really spacious pool. We had a wonderful time and a perfect stay at Grand Saint Nazaire. Phil was a perfect host and could be reached at any time.

Fanastic House - perfect set up for families

As our flight landed early the owner was kind enough to let us drop of bags and change before we disappeared to visit a local village (Bizes-Minervois) that the owner recommended. The house was the perfect set up for us - we were two families of 2 adults and 2 children and the house is set up very well to slightly separate the sleeping areas with 3 beds and bathrooms on both the first and second floor. The views from the living room and table area around the front of the house are stunning and look back at the town of capestang. We also sat and had a drink watching the sunset there each evening. The pool area is very private and well set up for young children as it has a shallow area the little ones can play in and the pool has a gate and alarm. We will certainly return.

Brilliant large family Villa!

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at this villa. Phil was incredibly helpful before hand helping us plan our trip and the villa itself was perfect! We travel every year as a group of 11 people ranging from age 7 to 70 and this was by far the best place we have stayed in. The Villa itself is lovely. Rooms are much bigger than average and so too are the four family sized bathrooms! Living space inside and out was also spacious meaning we didn't feel cramped or on top of each other. Outside, the pool and enclosed garden was great. The location is also perfect... about a ten to fifteen minute walk into Capestang and only a five minute drive to a large supermarket. Whilst we did spend a lot of time chilling out by the pool, on the few days we did venture out there was lots to do - the beach (30mins away)... a large waterpark (Cap D'Age 40mins), Bezier (20 mins away), inflatable waterpark (Cap D'Age again)... as well as a few more cultural visits to surrounding towns (most notably the fabulous Carcassonne). Its a definite find!!

Fantastic house and pool in beautiful location

We had a wonderful family get-together at Grand St. Nazaire. The house was perfect for our two families. Lots of space for is all to gather, or to get away from each other if needed! The pool area was great and we had loads of fun there. It was, without doubt, the best holiday we have had in a long time. The area had so many things to do - some highlights being Carcassone, Beziers, canoeing at Roquebrun and the ropes course at Beziers Adventures. Phil was a wonderful host and ensured that everything went smoothly for us. We hope to be back!

fabulous. plenty of space, lovely views

Wonderful property, easily big enough for 8. The pool and gardens were lovely. The house was very well equipped, perfect for us and entertaining some of our friends. We were in Capestang for a wedding, but there was lots to do in the surrounding area and we will definitely be back.

A lovely place for a family break

Fantastic

Beautiful villa in the middle of the vineyard, very cosy and peaceful house, with a great vue on the Cathedral of Capestang. Great for a large group of family or/and friends specially with the garden and its lovely swimming poo. A large and well equipped kitchen area, perfect to organise gigantic gastronomic dinner specially with the great food and wine of this area! Well decorated and Large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms and indoor spaces to relax in small group or bigger ones. And around lots of things to see, visit and do! Fantastic place, great location

The property was immaculate when we got there and the children were in the fantastic pool before the suitcases had come out of the car. Loads of space and very well kitted out, the nearby town is lovely and we had a couple of very nice meals in the pizza restaurant by the church (choose the oysters and prawns) I would recommend this property to anyone - we had a superb time

Excellent accommodation

This was an excellent property in a great location. The house was superb, it was large and roomy and perfect for our two families, it was also well equipped and spotless. The location was what attracted us in the first instance as it was close to a small town and all the essential facilities but also within close reach of the beaches and larger towns. We spent many days at the pool in the October sun and enjoyed the evening views from the lounge over Capestang. We had one small issue with the heating while we were there but an email to Phil had the matter resolved quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property and hope that I can return sometime in the future.
