Location, location, location. Can’t beat how close you are to the square and such a cute, comfortable and clean townhouse. Property Management was excellent and we were blown away with the hospitality including complimentary snacks and drinks:

The location on a football game weekend was perfect. About 500 feet to the square and less than a mile to the grove. The owner communicated within 10 minutes if anything was needed. They even provided some welcome snacks and drinks for the weekend. The unit was very quiet even with the close proximity to the square and being between Jackson Ave and University Ave. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better, we’ll definitely be back.

AMAZING stay! Best property we have stayed at in Oxford to date. Host was fantastic and responsive - everything clean and organized. Location is the best. Host was so kind with snacks and drink there for guests. We would stay every weekend if we could!

Perfect spot for a fall football weekend...or whenever!

We came to Oxford from California for the Ole Miss- California football game. I had reserved this place months in advance, and was hoping for the best. This far exceeded our group's expectations. The property is terrific. Annie is a great host who supplied us with all information, as well as welcome treats. The location is perfect; a block or so from The Square, and a 5 minute walk to The Grove and campus. We never used our car, and just walked to everything. This was our best "Road Trip" ever. And our team actually won too! Thanks for a greta experience. Jim

Oxford Gem

Here for a long weekend to visit my boys at Ole Miss. Such a cute place! Really did feel like a home away from home. Literally steps away from the Square. Annie (the owner) was more than gracious in every way. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location; Great House

Really enjoyed our stay in Oxford. The house provided a good location to have our daughter and friends come and visit and was comfortable for all. We could walk to the campus. And the owners where very accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful apartment - great location!

Nicely appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with perfect location right off the square. Park the car for the weekend and walk to all that Oxford has to offer. Short walk to Ole Miss campus and the Grove. Ideal for football weekends!! Will definitely rent this beautiful condo again!

Work and Play

My law firm regularly uses this condo for depositions, hearings and trials. It is set up to give our attorneys or clients a great spot with off street parking and space to work and play. We love staying here and bringing our wives who enjoy walking to the City Grocery, McEwans, and great shopping all within blocks.
