Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed the house, the large pool, the garden, and that you had a wonderful two-week holiday overall. We would, however, like to clarify a few points for future guests. Regarding the refrigerator, it is a full-size fridge with a freezer and has always proved to be more than adequate for our guests. As for the furniture, it is true that some pieces show signs of normal use, as can be expected in a family holiday home that is enjoyed by many guests every season. However, all of our indoor furniture is made of solid wood, is well maintained, and fully functional. Our outdoor chairs and sun loungers are regularly inspected, and whenever one becomes damaged or no longer meets our standards, it is replaced. Concerning the pool, maintaining the correct chlorine level during the hottest weeks of summer is particularly challenging. The water is professionally checked and maintained on a weekly basis, but very high temperatures and the large amount of sunscreen used by bathers can cause chlorine demand to fluctuate significantly between maintenance visits. For this reason, slight variations may occasionally occur. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to monitor the pool carefully. We always strive to provide a clean, comfortable and enjoyable holiday home, and we are glad that, despite these observations, you and your family had a wonderful stay.
