Comfy stay in Comfy House

Comfy House is well-equipped with all modern appliances including a shopping trolley for trips to the supermarket! It is in a good location for access to Heywoods Beach and local transport as the bus stop is at the back of the house on the Highway. We enjoyed our 2 months there.

Homely and Convenient

222 was a home from home. Everything was there, even the beach chairs for those long days in the sun. Only a short walk to the beach and the town. Speightstown is the real Barbados with real people doing things as they should be done.

Holiday in Speightstown

Our single story villa has everything needed for a wonderful relaxing holiday. The neighbourhood is lovely and only 10 minutes stroll to the beautiful uncrowned beach. The town itself is delightful with everything you need. Bus services are plentiful and cheap. Our landlord made sure everything was fine by phoning two or three times during our five week stay. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Location and Quality

We had an amazing holiday, the property was everything we hoped for and more. Ronald is a kind, gracious and accommodating host whose main concern is for you to love your stay at 222 Comfy House in Barbados. Omar the property manager was gracious, helpful and very approachable. On par with the quality of the host and manager is the quality of the location. We wanted to be able to quickly walk to an amazing beach and were not disappointed. We also thoroughly enjoyed the experience of shopping locally for groceries and local produce and products. We can't encourage people enough to stay here.

Christmas 2022 trip

Highly Recommend My husband whom is from Barbados and I really enjoyed our stay at 222 Comfy House 😊 Ron's villa is very well kept is in an amazing neighborhood is within walking distance of food stores and only a 5-10 minute walk to a very secluded beach.... Communication with Ron as well as the property manager Omar was outstanding 😊 Omar went above his role when we were checking out had an issue with our airport taxi pick up and without hesitation he arranged another taxi for us by doing so we made it to airport on time. We highly recommend renting Ron's villa for your stay in Barbados 😊 we will be rebooking with him in 2023.

I have had very good comments about your stay at 222 Comfy House from Omar the Manager, he said he would of welcomed you for another 2 weeks because of the clean condition you left the property and what a nice couple you and your husband are. 222 Not Comfy

Beware of hidden charges. Read carefully, Ask questions. This home traps heat so it warms up to unbearable temperatures and the cooling systems provided are inadequate. The owner is distracting and does not address nor fix concerns. Beware!

In reply to Katherine's scandalous review I would say that she does not know what the truth is. She sent someone who she said was her sister to accept the property. She did not reveal that her father was totally blind. She complained that the AC in the en suite was not working and I immediately sent the AC engineer round to sort it out or fit a new one, when the engineer called round she was not there, so he returned later to fit a new one. Her excuse was always that she was scuba diving. Because of her deceitfulness I asked her if she did not mind to leave the property, which she shouted over the phone "I am out of here", so I said thank you please leave the following day by 12 noon. She is the first occupant of 222 that I have ever asked to leave and I know she is the last. My reviews by other guests are equisite. Future guests need not BEWARE as there are no hidden charges when booking this property. I am 100% honest and truthful with my guests about my accommodation. Finally I think all special needs should be revealed when booking. It is now onwards and upwards for me.
