'Simply Perfect' Glorious Location and View Two-Bedroom Ocean/Beach Front Condo

Centrally located con Madera beach, Rosario was fully renovated and updated, newly furnished and freshly decorated in 2014. The condo has a secure ground level entrance and an elevated, panoramic view of the beach, ocean and pool (one flight down from the unit). It has two bedrooms - king- and queen sized beds, respectively - each with an ocean view, and a spacious living / dining area that is entirely open to the ocean; 1100 square feet overall. In addition to its window opening on the bay, the second bedroom has double french doors that can be opened to the front part of the living area and the view of the bay beyond, giving the room added airiness (for the bedroom hammock) or expanding the living area. Originally designed in the classic Mexican style, the condo is entirely refreshed. The sea breeze and silent ceiling fans constantly freshen the living space which offers a hammock and lounge chairs, a comfortable banquette and wonderful day bed facing the water. Each bedroom is fully contained, private and comfortable with an air conditioner that is rarely needed, but always available.

The condominium has a 3 piece bathroom (with shower) full kitchen with microwave, four burner gas cook-top, convection / toaster oven plus an electric barbecue – fully equipped with small appliances and utensils for those who like to cook. It has a flat screen TV, wireless high-speed internet and a private telephone line. All local landline calls are included in the rental which also includes on-site security, maid service two days per week plus all bed linens, bath towels, utensils, dishware, cookware, cutlery and purified water.

Location and accessibility define the uniqueness of this property. A 15 minute walk to the south is La Ropa beach, and a 10 minute walk north along the seawall brings you to the town site with daily fish and produce markets, restaurant boardwalk, shops, cafes and bars. A full groceries / clothing / liquor and hardware store is a 25 minute walk or short cab ride away. The property is surrounded by a host of dining spots ranging from traditional Mexican to international cuisine. Half a block east is an open Mexican grill with a wonderful cooking school. A few steps south is a small grocery store, across the road from the Aura Del Mar hotel – once a lavish hacienda – with a lovely patio bar overlooking the bay and ocean beyond. To the left of the property, a gentle flight of stairs brings you to the beach where a drink or snack at La Palapa café will afford you shady lounge chairs for your day at the beach, and the Bistro Del Mar will offer you fine dining and excellent service in its charming open-air setting at the water’s edge. Water tours, massages, fishing trips and water craft / sports rentals are readily and comfortably available on the beach.
