Encantadora casa de pescadores, recién renovada, a 150 metros de la playa

Nuestra antigua pero renovada casa de pescadores ha conservado el encanto y el ambiente francés. El apartamento está ubicado en la zona más tranquila de Collioure (Foubourg), lo que puede ser agradable cuando siente la necesidad de paz y tranquilidad.

Por la mañana, es maravilloso pasear por la calle 100 m para un baño matutino, seguido de un "petit déjeuner" en St. Elme.

Al entrar por las escaleras en el apartamento, se encontrará con luces y una hermosa vista al mar.
La cocina abierta y la sala de estar le dan al apartamento un gran espacio. Con una gran mesa de comedor, cómodos sofás y una cocina moderna, el apartamento te inspira para lo que desees, cocina casera, música maravillosa, espacio para leer y relajarte cerca de la chimenea.
Hay cuatro balcones pequeños en el apartamento, uno de ellos es lo suficientemente grande como para una mesa pequeña y algunas sillas para disfrutar de su café de la mañana, con la maravillosa vista al mar.

Hay dos dormitorios principales con baños en suite. Ambas habitaciones tienen camas dobles y armarios. Los baños están diseñados en un delicado estilo italiano.

Sube las escaleras hasta el entrepiso, que es un lugar donde puedes ver la televisión y volver a ti mismo. Este es también un maravilloso lugar para dormir con una bonita cama al lado de encantadoras ventanas.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of old Collioure and only 2 minutes walk from the beach. We absolutely loved the property and it was really light, airy with fantastic views. Toné was a great host and communicated with us really promptly and all was well organised. We can’t wait to come back!

Very quiet location on a pedestrian street. Fresh breeze keeps the apartment cool. Quaint village life. Everything is so close. Walking is easy. Comfortable space with all the necessary amenities. And a neighbourhood calico cat that lazes on the lovely terrace. Hosts are always approachable.

An excellent property with very kind and responsive hosts. Charming location in what felt like an area of locals in walking distance of everything. The accommodation was great and very suited to babies and toddlers with it's stair gates and open spaces. As someone who likes to cook, it was great to have all the proper equipment available. The terrace was great for relaxed meals and a quiet cigar in the evening. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely wonderful location

This is an outstanding house. So well designed with high quality furnishings and fittings. Wonderful views. Ideal location to wander the little streets of Collioure. Parking might be a challenge in August but was easy to find when we stayed.

Great sea views

A wonderful fisherman’s cottage in beautiful Collioure! We had a fantastic stay at Tone’s home. It was as described with nice furnishings and a comfortable bed. The view of the sea from the living room was so lovely. When all the doors are open there’s also a nice breeze that helps keep the house cool since there isn’t AC. We hope to return for another stay.

Pure relaxation

The house is very nicely decorated and has a beautiful view, it is very quiet and is very clean. The owners are not on site but can be reached at any time and are very nice and caring. We felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in this charming and very well presented house. The house is so well maintained and clean with everything available for a relaxing holiday, or stress free holiday. ( you can easily party away in the many bars and restaurants near the beach) The house is in a very quiet and peaceful little street with great views of the sea. I really hope to come back very soon.

Perfect week in Collioure

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this apartment in Collioure. It is very comfortably furnished. The views to the sea are delightful. The proximity of the beach is marvellous. At the same time, it is also surprisingly quiet. The owners of this property were excellent correspondents and offered helpful advice ahead of our arrival. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future. It was a perfect week in a lovely town.

Beautiful!

Our first time in Collioure. It is a beautiful little town only made better by our stay in this wonderful apartment. Its set in pretty cobbled backstreets a short walk from the beach. The view from the apartment is stunning. The only downside was having to leave. We will hopefully be back very soon!

Seaside living at its best

We arrived in Collioure by train and enjoyed a late afternoon walk through the village to the house. The first impression on entering the house was that the view of Collioure from the main living area and terrace are amazing. Pictures don’t really capture how beautiful it is. The location is perfect, quiet yet very close to the sea and many restaurants and bars. The hosts have also taken real care with every element of the house. It is rare to stay somewhere so perfect.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful fisherman’s cottage. The property, location and facilities were superb and the views from the lounge and bedroom second to none. The host was great from the time of booking and kept good communication with details, hints and tips about our stay. Collioure family holiday

We had a wonderful time in Henrik and Tone’s apartment. It was even better than we had expected - great location on quiet pretty street but very close to beach and rest of the town. We had our 16 month son and the apartment was very safe and well-equipped for us. It was lovely to get to meet Henrik and Tone too and we felt very welcome. Thank you so much!

We are a family who lives in Norway. In 2006 we visited Collioure for the first time and discovered a small pitoresque fishermans village just like the well known fauvisme painters Matisse and Manet. Since then we have regularly spent all our summer holidays there.
One day in 2013, strolling around in the old narrow and charming streets we found a 300 year old fisherman cottage for sale and we fell in love with it and bought it.
By then a renovation project started which lasted for approximately two years. The underlying importance for the work was safety for the children, light and open space. Stairway gates are certainly installed. A beautiful view to the sea and a lot of open space make the apartment attractive. An old fireplace is installed which is good to have in the chilly part of the year when the wind blows and the waves can be heard from the ocean near by.
We have also discovered the adventure of hiking for shorter or longer distances overlooking winefields and maybe see and eagle fly against the blue sky.
By this we would like our guests to have a pleasant stay in our apartment, so please do not hesitate to contact us if any questions.
