About Tone Dyran Smith
We are a family who lives in Norway. In 2006 we visited Collioure for the first time and discovered a small pitoresque fishermans village just like the well known fauvisme painters Matisse and Manet. Since then we spent all our summer holidays there. One day in 2013 when we were strolling around in the old narrow and charming streets we found a 300 year old fisherman cottage for sale and we fell in love with it and bought it. By then a renovation project started which lasted for approximately two years. The underlying importance for the work was safety for the children, light and open space. Stairway gates are certainly installed. A beautiful view to the sea and a lot of open space make the apartment attractive. An old fireplace is installed which is good to have in the chilly part of the year when the wind blows and the waves can be heard from the ocean near by. We have also discovered the adventure of hiking for shorter or longer distances overlooking winefields and maybe see and eagle fly against the blue sky. By this we would like our guests to have a pleasant stay in our apartment, so please do not hesitate to contact us if any questions.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful town
We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay in Collioure. We loved the apartment. It is in the perfect area - quiet but still very close to the beaches, restaurants. And the apartment itself is beautiful. Really well equipped and very comfortable. Best of all - an amazing view. Five stars all round.
In the best area of Collioure, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Perfect!
Situated in the best part of Collioure (away from the touristy spots), beautifully decorated, outstanding view on the sea, close to beach, excellent restaurants and bars à vin. We will surely return one day, but without a car (difficult and very pricy to park, even with bad weather at the beginning of June). Highly recommended!
Thank you for your kind words , and always welcome back!
Yes, parking in this popular small town is a challenge .
Charming apartment in Collioure
What a fantastic, charming, magical home to spend two weeks in! The second week our adult son and friends joined us to celebrate
our 50th wedding anniversary with outstanding dinners in town and days of adventures. The views from the home are breathtaking and everything you need is provided. A lovely and magical place!

Nothing short of spectacular
Remarkably restored fisherman's Cottage with modern amenities and amazing views of the village and harbor.
Beautiful place with the best view in Collioure
We feel so fortunate to find this gem! The view of the sea, framed in by the fort and cathedral, has to be see to be believed - it was absolutely breathtaking! The house was beautifully decorated and perfectly designed for our group of two couples. There was also another bed in the comfortable loft with plenty of privacy for additional sleeping. Collioure was a great town and strategically located to enjoy the area: Cathar castles, Banyuls tastings, hiking along the coast and more. Tone and Henrik were wonderful to work with. We were also lucky to have the opportunity to spend time visiting over aperitif. We look forward to the chance to return to beautiful Collioure and the Charming Fisherman's House!
Clean, comfortable and wonderful views.
We live in France and have been to Collioure often, staying in hotels. This time we had a small group and wanted a place where we could gather for breakfast and cocktails. This apartment was just the thing. Plus, the absolutely fabulous view of the harbor and very nice, helpful owners who happened to be next door while we were there.
Thank you for your very positive review of our apartment!
