Guest access
The Cohen Loft is located in the third floor of the historic Cohen Building. The entire third (top) floor makes up the 3,000+ square foot loft. Guests have access to the loft, the building elevator and street level entrance lobby (for entrance and exit of the premises), and one parking space located in the covered garage next door.
Other things to note
Smoking is not allowed on the property under any circumstances.

There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not. For housekeeping services during your stay, please contact the host. We do not permit towels or linens to be removed from the premises under any circumstances.

Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, an iron and ironing board are located in the laundry room. There are wood clothes hangers in the master bedroom closet that may be utilized by guests during their stay.

Fireplaces are turned off and not operational.

Windows in the unit should not be opened unless in an emergency. The windows are original to the building and can be very difficult to open and close.

The Cohen Loft is privately owned; owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting your reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guests should leave the premises in the same general and good habitable condition as the premises was found. Please do not move any furniture or décor. Failure to comply with the rental rules and/or any damage assessed to or theft of items belonging to the premises during your stay will result in the security deposit that was paid at the time of booking being retained for damages.

Guests should let the host know if you will be arriving later than 5 p.m. Guests will be provided with a PIN to access the lock box to obtain keys and access fob for entrance to the building and unit. The front door key, the access fob, and the unit key are required to enter the loft as it is kept secure at all times. Access instructions will be provided in detail to confirmed guests.
