Cannes La Bocca holiday lettings

We had a brilliant stay. The apartment was very clean and is spacious. The communication with Jacqueline was excellent - she was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well.We stayed here while attending a week-long event in Cannes and it was the perfect escape as it is very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Despite being in a quiet area, it was very easy to get to the centre of Cannes via the main bus route—actually faster than taking a taxi!Highly recommend.

The appartment is located in La Bocca which is a short trip into Cannes centre. There are 2 train stations and it’s a 4 min ride, very cheap and in a group ticket it’s even better. Buses are very frequent and regular but take a bit longer. If travelling from Nice Airport there’s a free tram to Nice St Augustin, just a short ride, and a direct train to La Bocca/Le Bosquet. We really liked La Bocca itself and there are plenty of places to eat of all types of food and prices, regular markets and several supermarkets just a few minutes away. The beach is terrific, there are plenty of areas to choose from and less crowded than Cannes. The Résidence overall is quite large but well designed and there are 2 really great pools with a bar. The owner is very responsive and friendly. There was a local representative who was really helpful and even gave some tips about events that were happening in Cannes. The appartment was perfect for our needs, Wi-Fi and Tv.2 bathrooms and all very comfortable and well equipped as described. The best till last: the view from the 2 balconies is outstanding- a view of the med. It really made the holiday and we would love to return.

Easy to reach everything nearby, front beach , very helpful owner- she did her best . We spent a really nice vacation .

We have been back a week from our holiday now and the one thing that keeps coming up when asked about our trip is how clean and amazing the villa was. This is the third time we have stayed in the area & at first were unsure of staying in a “residential” area instead of the usual village location. We needn’t have worried- it was so quiet and the views are spectacular! The owners housekeeper and cleaner meet you at the property , both lovely, welcoming people. Any questions you just have to ask the owners- actually had a couple of phone calls with them and a week later our deposit has been returned in full. The villa is so spacious, we were 2 families both with 2 teenagers, it is very well stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen which is rare in a holiday rental! We weren’t able to work out how to use the satellite TV (instructions would be a little helpful) but it actually meant we all spent time together instead of indoors! All of the bedrooms are large & bright with great storage. The security shutters & entrance gates meant we all felt safe & the nearest supermarkets are a short drive.its in a great position to explore the area. In short, we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the property, we would love to stay here again, all villas should be as clean as this one!
