632 Cinnamon Beach, 3 Bedroom, Sleeps 8, Ocean Front, Pools, Pet Friendly

Bedrooms 3
Property type condo
Minimum Stay 1 - 21 nights

About the property

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 8

With room for 8, Cinnamon Beach’s condo 632 easily serves as Vacation HQ for all your group’s needs. A clever layout makes this suite work so well for big groups. While the large oceanfront balcony, over 20 feet long and very deep, is an obvious round-the-clock destination, this unit has great flexibility. An open-plan living and dining area offers that great sense of ‘together time’ in an unhurried, warm-weather way. Relax here as a family and see how your day unfolds.

Sleeping arrangements offer everyone great privacy. While the master bedroom can exist as a separate vacation paradise, two more guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom are tucked away from things in a convenient triangle. This better accommodates different sleeping schedules – whether due to jet lag or sheer indulgence.

Everyone can pack as much as they like; each bedroom has a large wall closet and further storage in chests of drawers, etc. High ceilings, neutral walls, fantastic natural light and a clever use of space make this unit feel even bigger than its 1,962 square feet. Yet, the suite’s biggest room will seem your oceanfront balcony, where the vast Atlantic Ocean appears all yours. With a large, rectangular dining table, you can seat everyone around and enjoy drinks, games or a meal.

To ring the changes, an indoor dining table seats six and the open-plan kitchen makes meals very communal as the chef and little helpers can join in the pre-dinner conversation. Finished all in white with stunning dark granite countertops, you’ll wish your own kitchen came with an ocean view – waiting for water to boil was never so rewarding. Fully equipped with dishes, pots, and pans – everything is here ready for your favorite menu!

For your entertainment pleasure, this specific condo includes cable with 250 channels. Plus, high-speed wireless cable internet. And, the phone in the condo allows FREE unlimited long distance calls to anywhere in the US and Canada. Wow!

Few suites of this size will comfortably sleep so many guests. Your luxurious master suite has a king bed and en-suite bath, while bedroom two boasts a queen bed and its own TV. Your extra ‘bang-for-buck’ comes in bedroom three – a kid’s dream come true.

Sleeping up to 4 ( two singles and a queen sleeper sofa), they might not get much sleep but they’ll have the time of their lives. Whether playing with friends or catching up with beloved cousins, any child will love this nonstop sleepover adventure.

Should a beach as your backyard, kids’ splash zone water park and snorkeling not tire them out, a short 110-mile drive to Disney World surely will. Lucky you have a great spot reserved for gin & tonics once they’re in bed…. Please Note: The splash zone is under construction.

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 632 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 6, third floor of a sixth-floor building. We also manage unit 631, 633, 634 (on 3rd floor), perfect for families traveling together.

Giant rocks on the beach and broken furniture

  • 1 of 5

We will not be staying in this room/resort again. 1)The first problem we noticed is that the beach is totally unusable by beachgoers because of the natural reef (giant sharp boulders) on the edge of the ocean. My small children normally like to play in the surf, wade up to their thighs, and body surf back to shore. But with these rocks all along the beach, it was impossible to enjoy the ocean. I realize this is not the owner's fault and if it were the only problem then I would rate the location better. 2) The furniture and electronics are worn out. The couch, chairs, pillows in the LR are sunken in and uncomfortable. The TV in the guest has broken speakers and you cannot control the volume of the TV. 3) When we arrived the bunk bed was clearly broken and had been dangerously screwed back together with a 2x4 and long metal screws. My 6-year-old cut his foot very badly on one of the screws . I alerted the poperty manangement of the dangerous bed and the incident during our stay and they did nothing. I wouldn't let my children use the bed anymore because it was about to fall apart and was very dangerous.

Owner's Response: Chassie, We are sorry to hear about your stay as this is not the standard of service that we uphold. Our goal is to continuously and consistently provide our guests with an amazing vacation rental experience. In regards to the natural reef, we understand the discomfort of the boulders and sympathize with the fact that the beach would have been a more enjoyable experience without them. Because this is a bronze unit, the frills and the overall upkeep is congruent with this budget-friendly option. For our shortcomings and any misunderstandings on our end, we are fully committed and determined to make things right. You will be happy to know that we have contacted the owner and had the bunkbed removed. Still understanding your frustrations and discontentment, we were more than happy to hear that you accepted the refund to console for any troubles that you have faced. We appreciate your feedback and honesty and hope that you continue to book with us.

Ocean Hammock

  • 3 of 5

1)No WIFI in room. After day three finally found this random password written down on the back of a piece of paper in a cabinet in the unit. But unable to find the unit log in.

2) Remotes in main living room area with no batteries and unable to work the tv.

3) I would also have someone check the shower door in the master bedroom as it feels like it is ready to just fall off.

4) Steak knives in unit but no other sharpe knives available.

5) Electric can opener doesn't work really well - maybe supply a manual can opener?

This was our third visit to Ocean Hammock and we do love it there. Just wanted to mention a few small issues that should probably be addressed for future renters.

Perfect Labor Day getaway

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful property and greater people. Close to many places to eat and shop and steps away from the beach. Unit a little dated but well kept, very large and nicely appointed. Will definitely go back.

Their was some confusion with my rental... at the beginning I was disappointed but once everything was clear out I enjoy it to the max place was really spacious quiet and clean, the agency was also very helpful and where able to accommodate mine and family needs!. Beach was peaceful but had rocks ( I thought they were cool) lots of sea shells and was able to experience to see small crabs on the shore!

Spacious and Close to Beach

  • 3 of 5

We enjoyed our stay because the condo was very spacious for our family, oceanfront, and a five minute walk to the was a little further to the pools. Wouldn't hurt to bring a little pull cart. You will have to drive to restaurants, shops, and sites but everything is fairly close. There are many things to do in St. Augustine. Marineland and Fort Matanzas are right up A1A. Flagler Beach is a few miles south.

Since this is a gated community, be prepared to provide driver's license numbers, tag numbers, names of all guests ahead of time. You will have to print out parking passes for each vehicle. We did have one guest use a different vehicle than the one listed and luckily was not a problem at the gate.

I used the app provided in the link that was sent and found it very helpful and handy to have.

The condo was presentable and the basics had been cleaned, but was in need of refreshing and deeper cleaning in certain areas. The carpet needed cleaning, the pots and pans needed replacing (most of them had many scratches with the nonstick surface peeling. We did find a couple we could use), the comforters did not feel fresh, and some kitchen/bath cabinets and drawers needed cleaning inside. There were a few items overlooked in the general cleaning to get ready for our arrival. They did offer to come back and clean those things, but we declined. We either did it ourselves or decided to overlook it. If you like to read, know that it is a little dark in the bedrooms and the living area--there is no overhead lighting. The kitchen could have used a few more baking dishes of various sizes. A map of the property would have been nice (unless I missed it somewhere in the app). We had to hunt for the pools. We also had to hunt for the golf course and club house. As it turned out, the golf course was closed for the main part of the week. If you are there to play golf, it wouldn't hurt to check on that ahead of time. Just a little more attention to detail would have bumped up our evaluation to four or even five stars.

Beautiful and Peaceful

  • 5 of 5

My family and I really enjoyed this past vacation to Cinnamon Beach. The drive to the complex was lined with trees, flowers, and pristine lawns. The condo that we rented was spacious (3 bedrooms and 2 full baths), clean, and beautiful. We had amazing views of the ocean. The beach area is private (a big plus). The entire property is gated, and the staff was very friendly. If you want to come to a place to get away from the usual crowded beaches then this is the place to visit. I would definitely stay with this company again!
