Spring Break Cinnamon Beach

The location, very clean pool and clubhouse, local water sports, restaurants all made this a really nice location for our family to enjoy the St. Augustine and Daytona Beach areas.

Neptune is a beautiful home that met our space needs very well. The heated pool was inoperable and not resolved until the last day of our stay. The hot water heater was set on "Away" (or something similar), so we initially had issues with sufficient hot water for showers. The beds were VERY comfortable, and everyone slept well. The showers in the King bedrooms were odd, in that there is a regular glass window that makes shower occupants visible to the next door neighbor.

Beautiful location, pool and beach access!!!

This space was perfect for my family and our friends! The community pools, fitness center and proximity to the beach was wonderful! I only wish the spa was listed as a pool as the heater did not heat past 90. Could use a few more bath towels and pans for cooking but overall was stocked with the necessities! Would stay again!

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood!

My parents rented this house for all of our family to stay this past week. We have stayed many places over the years, but this was one of the nicest houses we have stayed in - very nice furniture, beds were comfortable, TVs in every room, updated appliances, easy access to the pool and beach…we have no complaints about the house or the location. We had a wonderful and relaxing time!

Incredible Stay!!!

We have rented and visited many properties but nothing quite like this one to say the least it is now Our family favorite. The Home layout is amazing, The rooms were spacious, Everything was very clean. The beach was literally in walking distance!! Quiet neighborhood with two community pools and hot tub the best part at the pool there is a little kids personalized water park so it was perfect for our little ones and the big kids we could all be together! The homeowner was a pleasure to rent from as well very attentive and responsive. My family and I will definitely be back!

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

The property was lovely and there was room for all 10 of us. The bunk area is open and attached to the kitchen area. We had to be especially quiet when the little ones went to bed. The living areas were very spacious and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. We also enjoyed the Cinnamon Beach Resort Pools. The pools were heated and there was one especially for children with a play area that they loved. We were 40 minutes or so from St. Augustine and took in the St. Augustine Nights of Lights. We came home to 20 degree weather. It was a wonderful getaway.

Property was clean but dated. Only 1 smart TV and it was on the first floor, 1 story below kitchen & den. Gas grill didn't get above 300F and hot tub was set at 95F. I would expect a 1M house to be better furnished and all rooms should have had smart TV's.

Nice house, great host.

Very nice house in Palm Coast, with plenty of space for everyone. The host was great, answering quickly and very laid back and relaxed. Would definitely stay here again if going to Palm Coast.

Great property and location. Property layout was perfect for our group, furnishing are excellent for this luxury property and Tower Views of Golf Course and surrounding Property are fantastic and location is great. Family Reunion

Our family rented three houses on the same street. (Ours was 5 stars in every category!) It has spacious gathering areas, two screen-enclosed porches, and everything needed for cooking/grilling and serving meals. It was super clean, from the baseboards to the light fixtures. Kudos to the owner and his staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Beautiful House and Great Location!

I rented this house to have my family together for my birthday and it did not disappoint. Mark was a great host and the house everything you can ever need! Location is great. Walking distance to the pool, clubhouse and the Beach! Short-driving distance to New Smyrna Beach, Ormond or St.Augustine!

Perfect staycation!!

This is an incredible property located in an amazing neighborhood! Less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. The home is clean, well stocked with the essentials, and has the perfect layout for any combination of friends and/or family. Super host and incredible communication! Breathtaking Family Getaway

Neptune was the perfect spot for our family vacation! Cinnamon beach was a breathtaking private beach that was just a short walk away. The sand is beautiful! The house was well equipped with everything you would need for a home away from home. It was also very clean and spacious for our family and friends. This house provided such a great experience for us and we will be back for many years to come!

This property is everything described and more! We took a family trip and it accommodated 12 kids/adults comfortably. Beautiful sunsets on any of the 3 decks/patios overlooking the pond area.
