Superb and spacious 3-room apartment in an old restored family wine farm, with decoration and quality services, (classified 3 *), quiet, south exposure, shaded terrace, large wooded area, perfect for children, sea ​​view, close to all amenities. **

* "LE ROUMEGOU" on one level consists of a living room with fireplace, open onto a shaded terrace, independent kitchen open to the terrace, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate wc. (70m²)

We also offer another apartment "LES BOUTINELLES" ref 8181932, with 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) located next to it, on the same facade of the farm.

* POSSIBILITY TO RENT the 2 APARTMENTS (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) side by side for a large family or friends wishing to meet to share pleasant moments and beautiful memories of holidays while seeking a certain independence. *

* The Moulin Roux farm is located 15 minutes' walk from the village of Ramatuelle across the hill to look for bread or simply have a coffee on a terrace .... many shops, pharmacy, doctor, bakery, etc. Market on Thursday and Sunday
* Access Saint Tropez without traffic jams by the beach road. Market on Saturday and Tuesday.
* The beach of Escalet and its secret coves is 2 mn by car, the mythical beach of Pampelonne 5 mn.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem riesigen Garten. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren bequem. Wir haben dort prima geschlafen. Schön war auch, dass die Toilette vom Bad getrennt ist. Die Kommunikation mit Virginie war nett und unkompliziert. Das nette, kleine, mittelalterliche Ramatuelle ist über einen Fußweg in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Alles wunderbar frisch und gepflegt, hochwertige Inneneinrichtung, kein Kunststoff. Bäder, Küche super sauber. Tolle Betten. Von Salz/Pfeffer über Kaffee bis Essig/Öl alles in bester Qualität vorhanden. Sogar scharfe Messer! Sehr schöne Terrasse. Sehr freundliche und angenehme Vermieterin!

Entzückendes Landhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben in dem Apartment eine ganz wundervolle Woche verbracht. Es war alles genau wie beschrieben, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll ausgestattet. Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war herzlich und man stand uns jederzeit als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Lage im großen Garten, das abendliche Grillen und natürlich den wundervollen Blick in die Umgebung. Das zweite Appartment im Haus war nicht vermietet, sodass wir den Garten ganz privat nur für uns nutzen konnten. Diverse schöne Strände liegen nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, sodass das Apartment auch eine tolle Ausgangsbasis für einen Badeurlaub oder für einen aktiven Urlaub mit Ausflügen an die Cote dAzur ist. Wir haben uns rundum Wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir waren zum ersten Mal an der Côte d Azure und hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist besonders ruhig und sehr erholsam. Natur pur. Die Einfahrt zum Haus hin ist schlecht zum fahren und könnte ausgebessert werden.

Splendida vacanza a Ramatuelle

Anche quest'anno abbiamo deciso di tornare a Ramatuelle in questa deliziosa fattoria e non siamo rimasti delusi. Tutto perfetto come sempre: l'appartamento spazioso, pulito e confortevole; molto apprezzati la pace e il silenzio del luogo, ideale per una vacanza rilassante, lontana da traffico e rumore (Saint-Tropez dista comunque solo dieci minuti d'auto). Sempre incantevoli le spiagge dell'Escalet. Raffaella e Marino

Super Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschöner Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles hat den Beschreibungen entsprochen und es fehlte an nichts. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bei Rückfragen gleich Antwort und Hilfe erhalten . Die Umgebung ist super schön und alles in wenigen Kilometern zu erreichen. Durch den Wald ist Ramatuell zu Fuß in max. 20 Minuten zu erlaufen ( die Bäckerei La Tarte Tropezienne unbedingt probierten) Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder....

Sehr schöne Location

Gut ausgestattetes Haus in absolut ruhiger Naturumgebung nicht weit weg von Ramatuelle. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Menschen über 1,85 m Länge schlafen mit den Füßen ausserhalb des Bettes ;-) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es sehr empfehlen.

Appartement très propre et très charmant. L'équipement y est plus que satisfaisant. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sensibles à nos attentes. Le cadre nature est vraiment reposant, les plages à proximité sont d'une beauté à découvrir! La visite du village de Ramatuelle accessible par une balade à pied est un bon moment à partager ! Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances et avons hâte de revenir l'année prochaine ! A recommander !

Nous adorons cette maison que nous louons maintenant depuis une quinzaine d'années. Nos enfants y sont très attachés, preuve qu'ils y ont passé des moments magiques qui feront toujours partie de leurs plus beaux souvenirs d'enfance. L'appartement est mitoyen d'un autre similaire; pour une deuxième famille (amis, ou dans notre cas soeur) c'est carrément l'idéal, le jardin étant commun aux deux appartements.

Geräumige, schön möbilierte Wohnung in Landhaus

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, alles war sehr sauber. Die überwachsene Veranda vor dem Haus lädt zum Entspannen ein, ist der ideale Frühstücksplatz oder perfekt für Grillabende. Von einem Fenster bzw. von der Seite aus hat man sogar Blick aufs Meer. Von der Vermieterin wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, sie gab uns noch viele Tipps! Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Delizioso appartamento a Ramatuelle

Appartamento ben tenuto, pulito e ben attrezzato; proprietari molto gentili e discreti. Il grande giardino, il comodo patio e il silenzio che li circonda rendono la casa molto confortevole. Ideale per chi ha animali. Ai piedi del grazioso villaggio di Ramatuelle e a pochi minuti d'auto dalle favolose spiagge dell'Escalet. In zona diversi ristoranti anche di ottimo livello. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

"Nous avons reloué le gîte de Mme F. pour la 2° année consécutive en mai et nous avons passé à nouveau une semaine très agréable. Le gîte est confortable, la cuisine bien équipée, le grand parc planté d''oliviers en bordure de forêt est très appréciable, le tout avec vue sur la mer au-dessus des pins parasol. Le gîte fait partie d''un ancien corps de ferme, les voisins sont très discrets et il est donc très calme tout en restant proche du village de Ramatuelle et des plages de Pampelonne (ainsi que du Cellier de Ramatuelle pour les amateurs de rosé et d''huile de provence). L''accueil de Mme F. est qui plus est charmant."

L''environnement, dans le maquis varois, est superbe, le logement bien equippé et en très bon état ; de plus nous avons profité de la terasse pour nous out seul, ayant loué hors saison.
