Poor standards and safety issues

First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate but the decor was poor The the use of the pool however was very much appreciated. The VRBO website shows the villa backing on to countryside but in reality was there was an huge housing estate there instead On checking out, the same rude woman counted all the cutlery piece by piece as she did with the glasses, plates and pans. This took 25 mintes. It was just as well we checked out a day earlier so we could catch an early plane the following day. If we had wanted to check out as agreed at 7am on the 4th day, this rude woman told us she would not have got out of bed to let us out. We have photos of all the shoddy decor if required. Needless to say, my family and I are furious and will not book this villa again. I suggest VRBO re examine this accommodation and wether it meets the standards I expect from VRBO, who I have used on numerous occupations. Pete Mastrantone

Un agreable sejour

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 3 jours dans cette villa, piscine bien chauffĂ©e, parfait pour nos retrouivailles entre anciens copains/copines. La personne qui nous a rĂ©ceptionnĂ©, Mme Eydieux, et vraiment tres sympathique. MĂȘme si le mobilier a vecu ce n'etait pas gĂȘnant. La literie elle etait tres bonne.

TrÚs bien situé entre terre et mer

Le cadre est super et les espaces nuit sont trĂšs bien rĂ©partis. MalgrĂ© quelques petites dĂ©convenues, le propriĂ©taire a su ĂȘtre trĂšs rĂ©actif et s'est assurĂ© que notre sĂ©jour nous soit agrĂ©able. Location en pĂ©riode d'hiver un peu limite pour le froid mais ça nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© d'en profiter en famille. Encore merci et nous recommandons sans hĂ©sitation ce logement.

Nous sommes un groupe de 18 amis qui avons sĂ©journĂ© dans cette trĂšs jolie villa. La villa est trĂšs bien agencĂ©e, les lits sont trĂšs confortables et tout est prĂ©vu pour accueillir de gros groupes. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs gentil et comprĂ©hensif. Les Ă©changes Ă©taient trĂšs fluides et les rĂ©ponses trĂšs rapides. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli par madame Eydieux. Nous vous remercions pour ce si bel accueil, votre gentillesse ainsi que pour votre disponibilitĂ© si jamais l'on a un soucis (vous avez sauvĂ© notre raclette !). Schöner Pool

Gutes Haus mit mehreren kleinen Appartements. Pool ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt. KĂŒche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Ansonsten hat die Kommunikation eigentlich immer gut funktioniert. Wir waren 9 Leute, mit mehr wĂŒrden wir nicht dort ĂŒbernachten wollen.

Notre séjour Réunion de famille

Je ne pouvais rĂȘver mieux pour accueillir la famille pour un moment de fĂȘte et de dĂ©tente. Tout y fait pour passer un moment convivial: une villa bien entrenue, lumineuse avec une piscine chauffĂ©e super agrĂ©able, des logements independants pour que chacun puisse dormir et se doucher en toute intimitĂ© et j'en passe! TrÚs bon endroit pour une réunion familiale ! La piscine chauffée est un grand plus, petit bémol pour la plancha qui avait un bouton cassé, et la seconde bouteille de gaz qui était vide. On reviendra pour la prochaine cousinade !

Villa trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e pour un groupe de personnes, vaisselle et couverts suffisants, contre les Ă©quipements de cette villa laissent a dĂ©sirer, porte de douche cassĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, flexible de douche cassĂ© , chauffe eau 300 L pour les 3/4 de la villa ( donc douche froide), plaque de cuisson vitrocĂ©ramique ( 45 mins pour chauffer de l'eau), chauffage limitĂ©, encadrement de fenĂȘtre inexistant dans un appartement + panne de chauffage dans ce mĂȘmeappartement, mĂ©nage a notre arrivĂ©e trĂšs sommaire. Bel emplacement et belle region pour faire du velo, accueil agrĂ©able par la voisine. Dans l'ensemble le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© plutĂŽt agrĂ©able malgrĂ© tout ces problĂšmes mais le propriĂ©taire devrait remettre cette villa en Ă©tat afin de permettre aux personnes qui louent de passer un sĂ©jours encore plus agrĂ©ables surtout en hors saison
