We enjoyed staying in this cabin very much. Green mountain falls is a quiet little town to visit and stay in. The Pantry has good food. We enjoyed meeting the owners of the cabin also.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in GMF this weekend. I am a '93 Graduate of USAFA, where we attended the Air Force- Navy game Saturday. Our accomodations were top-notch and suited our needs perfectly. The four of us had a great time, walking around the lake and eating at the restaurants in GMF. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin. We will return to GMF next time we come to Colorado.

A small cozy place.
An older cabin with very limited space. Had to move the table to seat 4 people. One bathroom had no space to hang towels or plave toiletries.
Great place! Very comfortable and perfect location.
We've stayed here twice now and both times really enjoyed this property. It's only a couple minutes walk from the Green Mountain Falls pond and restaurants. Everything is clean and well kept. Will stay here again for sure!
We appreciate you so much for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. We had a fantastic time and everything we needed was there. The cool evening on the deck completed our day. Thank you so much!

Cute neighborhood
The cabin is in a very cute neighborhood near the town center.
Nice little house a little off the beaten path, but very close to Manitou Springs and not far from Colorado Springs. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Only complaint is the kitchen supplies left a little to be desired. Pans were not in the best shape. No cutting board. Knives were super dull. Would definitely stay here again.
This was a nice place to stay. It was closer to other homes than I would have preferred but over all, it was awesome. It was close to the fishing pond and town. House was clean and well furnished. The dryer screams for attention....literally, makes a lot of noise while in use but how many people really do laundry on vacation.... besides me! The ease of checking in was 100 percent on point. I'd stay there again.
The floors were dirty. Dyer made loud noise and never would clear up (mangement said it would).
Had to purchase lightbulbs for frontroom light in order to see. They were all burnt out and couldn't see. Told management about light and dryer and they scuffed it off. We left the place cleaner than what we walked in to.
Needed a quiet getaway but didn’t want to be all alone. This community was great and friendly. Close to walk to the lake. Very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed an extended Thanksgiving vaca at this cabin! It was lovely and just what we needed to get off the beaten path and explore. It was cozy, beds were perfect, we slept in every morning. Loved the fireplace! Will def stay here again
Based on the pictures we viewed on-line of the area outside of the cabin, we expected a picturesque, private and tranquil place that would afford us the privacy to relax, escape, and simply enjoy nature. Instead, the place seemed like an RV campground/park complete with trash cans/bins/receptacles in plain sight and cabins/cottages built so close together that there would be little, if any, privacy. As a result of this stark contrast, we felt a bait and switch kind of vibe and decided not to stay any of the 13 nights we purchased.
We enjoyed our visit and appreciated the location and the cabin. The only thing we would like to recommend is brighter lighting in living area and bedrooms. Overall we were very pleased with our choice to stay at your place.
We really enjoyed this clean property. It was very close to Manitou Springs but far enough away to have a rustic mountainy feel. The little town was amazing to walk down to as well. We didn't go to any of the restaurants but they were busy.
Very nice property located in Green Mountain falls.

Great Location/ Cabin lacks a warm welcoming
We arrived at 4pm after a 12 hour car trip to a maintenance man snaking the backed up kitchen sink drain w/ a drill until 6pm, not ideal. Not sure why this hadn’t been taken care of earlier if check out is at 11am. The street address is listed wrong. It’s not on Douglas Place, it’s actually located on Douglas Way so the listing needs to be corrected. There were no extra towels/not one wash cloth/only one trash bag/only one roll of tp in each bathroom/there’s not one full length mirror which would have been helpful. There were pills all over the floor in the extra bedroom so thank goodness we did not bring our dog w/ us or this could have been very dangerous. Overall first impressions were not very welcoming w/ the untidiness. The owner texted & left a voicemail to say she was sending a maintenance man over but only after he had already arrived. When we tried calling her or texting back she didn’t respond to talk to us so this was also not a welcoming feeling upon arrival….
The location was very good, we loved the area & proximity to all the sites. We would only return here again if more care was shown to both the property & the guests.
We stayed for a week- was great escape from TX heat. Everything was as advertised. Location is really great- walking distance to the tiny downtown, easy driveway/street, but also far enough from road that very peaceful, deer wandered onto property.
Cute cabin in a quaint area. Loved the clouds at the top of the mountain looking out the back window. Saw deer crossing the yard one morning. Our dog loved walking to the lake and seeing the geese. The cabin was great minus a couple of minor things. Could use a really good cleaning. Found myself wishing the kitchen had a mixer, a measuring cup and a cutting board. The bed was comfortable and absolutely enjoyed the electric fireplace. Made me want one at home. Houses are close together so felt a little tight at times. All in all would recommend.
