Maison au calme tres bien située et équipée. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin clos ( notre chienne a apprécié également).Belle ville proche des plages et sentiers cotiers. On peut tout faire a pied, commerçants accueillants tout comme notre hôtesse.

Gite très agréable, très paisible où rien ne manque.

Rien ne manque dans ce petit havre de paix.., où les propriétaires sont adorables et très avenants. A notre grande surprise, et en fait !!, quoi de plus normal que d'avoir la compagnie de 3 poulettes que nous nourrissons avec grand bonheur, en échange de précieux petits oeufs frais 👍😉. Un grand merci pour cette belle semaine

Lovely comfortable house, we were made very welcome by Marie-Pierre. Thoroughly recommend this gite for couples/families, Peaceful yet situated in the centre of Matignon. Bakers, Supermarket,Restaurants etc in walking distance.

Gite in a central position for the beach and towns fantastic outdoor markets and there’s a Super U Supermarket 2 minutes away in walking distance fresh eggs every day from the chickens 🐓 we just loved it.

The property was lovely in a very quiet town. Very close to all amenities. The lady owner was very delightful and charming. She recommended some places to visit and all were beautiful. Brittany is lovely part of France. The property was clean and very well equipped. The chickens in the garden kept us entertained and gave us an egg one day. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

Perfect for two or four persons.Central location in Matignon, all services 300M away.

We used the Portsmouth/St Malo overnight ferry and found Matignon an easy drive from St Malo. The location of this property is excellent, with beaches and sights a short drive away, (with bicycle hire so close you will not believe it!). There is a weekly market in Matignon, DO NOT MISS IT. A supermarket, petrol station, retail outlet shoe shop is nearby, the village/town centre has a boulangerie, a butcher, a few small bars and restaurants to suit. This centrally located house is exceptionally clean, tidy, and well provided, with everything you could need in the kitchen; dishwasher, washing machine, cupboards full of crockery etc. etc.... The house is located in a quiet courtyard with private parking right outside your door. The house has good security with modern shutters front and rear and the delightful neat rear garden is well kept with a BBQ and garden furniture. The bedrooms are quiet. We absolutely loved our 12 night stay in May 2017 and didn't want to leave. It was a real "find". The coastline is stunning, the views and sandy beaches are magnificent, and many interesting towns and villages are an easy drive away. It could suit a family with one or two children, or a young or retired couple like ourselves. HIGHLY recommend.

Charmant gîte

Située au cœur de Matignon, de ses commerces, de son grand marché et à 4 km seulement de belles plages, nous avons apprécié cette maison si bien aménagée avec en plus la possibilité de se reposer et de prendre les repas dans le jardin. Nous avons également apprécié la délicate attention des cadeaux de bienvenue "faits maison". Nous ne souhaitons qu'une chose : y revenir !

Séjour agréable dans une petite maison bien agencée et très, très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympa et vous laissent en paix. Le rez-de-chaussée reste non ensoleillé mais ce n'est pas le cas de l'étage ni du jardin, très agréable. Les avantages sont nombreux : tous commerces à proximité : Super U à 5' à pied ; la baguette "tradition" de la boulangerie de Matignon est exceptionnelle!. Les salles d'eau, à chaque étage sont vraiment un plus. L'équipement pour bébé est complet, ce qui n'est pas fréquent, et la literie est de bon confort. Rapport qualité prix tout à fait bon. Les environs (lande du cap Fréhel : superbe et à parcourir absolument!!] etc.) sont magnifiques et propices à de très belles balades. Sables d'Or les Pins, à quelques encablures, ravira les petits sans le moindre doute. Marie-Pierre et Jean-Yves, j'ai été très contente de séjourner aux "Dauphins" à Matignon! J'y reviendrai avec le plus grand plaisir Merci! Tilou

Peace and tranquillity

A well equipped, clean and comfortable accommodation, located in an excellent location for access to the beautiful local beaches. Well situated for visiting picturesque local towns and interesting chateaux, forts and gardens. The Old Inn opposite the gite, provided excellent reasonably priced meals, with a warm welcome. The garden at the site was well provided with BBQ, garden chairs and tables. The gite itself had furniture designed for very young children Super U was only 5 minutes walk away and a large local market visited every Wednesday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the weather was not kind to us, but that did not stop us partaking of the many local facilities. Mdme Briard, was very welcoming and helpful. A very pleasant relaxing stay overall for us and our friends Ken Young UK
