Ground floor unit is situated on the corner of only a 4 unit building away from the parking lot and steps to the Coconut Coast walking/biking path. This vacation home has a floor to ceiling windows and slider that provide a picture perfect view of the ocean and greenbelt. This is a large one bedroom and a queen sized sofa sleeper with a new memory foam mattress (suitable for adults or children) with one full bath and a second half bath. With approximately 740 square feet, it accommodates up to four guests. Elegant, tropical décor, Berber carpet, and comfortable seating in the living room, dining room, and lanai will make you feel at home.

Kaha Lani is the hidden jewel of the Coconut Coast! Guests love this heavenly and dramatic beach front location with Miles of private white sand in both directions. Enjoy an early breakfast on your oceanfront lanai and watch the fabulous sunrises on Kauai's East Shore. This amazing destination is private yet close to protected swimming and snorkeling in lava rock enclosed ocean pools at Lydgate Park.

Stroll or bike for miles on the adjacent paved path that runs for miles along the Coconut Coast. Conveniently located next to Wailua Golf Course and the Wailua River, where you can take a cruise to the famous Fern Grotto!

On-site amenities include expansive lawns with lush landscaping, pool, chipping green, a tennis court, and community BBQs located throughout the resort. This successful vacation rental has upgraded furnishings, new windows and window coverings, and updated baths.

Please note this a Non Smoking and No Pet unit! An additional, minimum cleaning fee of $170 will be charged for any detection of pets or smoking in the unit, including smoke from the lanai.

Picture Perfect

We have rented condos for many years, from the Caribbean, across the US, and in Hawaii. We can honestly say that this condo is the most attractive, most comfortable, best stocked, and in the best location of any that we can remember. The grounds are immaculate, the pool (steps from the patio) is super clean and refreshing and was never crowded. I would not hesitate to return.

The only problem we had was with the DVD player. After renting a DVD and following the owner's written instructions, we could not get it to play the movie.

But the overall quality of this rental is superb.

Perfect!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay in Unit 101. We arrived after a long flight to find a beautifully appointed condo with fresh flowers in a vase on the table (nice touch). The ocean was steps from the door and the sound of the waves could be heard all night long as a soothing background. Kaha Lani is a beautiful complex with a lovely pool. The grounds are very well kept. There is a lengthy beach and walking path right along the ocean side of the complex.

We are a family of three. Two slept on the comfortable pull-out sofa bed and one in the bedroom. The condo and especially the bedroom stayed cool all day long with the cross breezes afforded by the end unit's position on the ocean side of the complex. The condo had everything we could possible need from cooking implements to boogie boards. The washer and dryer were much appreciated. We were very careful to respect the "no shoes" request by the homeowner, leaving our footwear in the tile entry way or on the conveniently placed rugs. Kauai's sand and red dirt does cling to everything.

Like all of Kauai, there are plenty of wild chickens around. You will hear roosters in the morning. Ear plugs could be a good idea for those who are especially sensitive to noise. We found that we pretty much did not notice them after the first morning. Every other visitor we met who stayed at other places encountered the same situation. It is part of Kauai and should be expected when visiting.

We found the location to be perfect for exploring all parts of the island, while appreciating the proximity to Lihue and Kapaa. We highly recommend you check out Hanai Market in Kapaa (just minutes up the road) for purchasing fresh food raised on Kauai. Their meats, seafood, and produce were fabulous to cook in the well appointed kitchen.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was an excellent value.

Perfect getaway!

This condo was just as advertised. The resort was well maintained and well staffed. While this unit was on the ground floor it was still quite private as it was one of four units in a separate building away from the main traffic areas of the resort. The unit well appointed, had all the necessary items for housekeeping. The only thing I needed was a "regulation-size" ice chest, which I left for my next visit! I would definitely stay here again.
