Everything is brand new. Kitchen has granite counter top with a large Island. 3 Bedrooms Sleep 6-7.There is a King Bed, Queen Bed, and a Queen Bed. TV's in all three bedrooms. Large open Floor Plan in the living area. New Washer and Dryer. Full Kitchen with all the utensils. New Ice Cold A/C. Free Wi-FI and Cable TV. 60 Inch Flat Screen TV in Living Area. Room to Dock up to 40 Foot Boat. Plenty of room in back of house to entertain. Pool, and Outdoor bait freezer.

July Keys trip with friends

We spent a week at this rental and brought our 20 foot boat with us. Was the house was very clean and spacious and the 6 of us were very comfortable. The AC was nice and cold and there was more than enough room for our boat at the dock. East access to the bay and fun spots to hit by boat. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful experience!!!

My family had a spectacular time at the property. Easy access to Bay, via boat, if you own a boat. I believe the pictures, do show the updates the home has been given. There's is ample space and love it's location. All the reviews stated are accurate and I ditto. We definitely want to return.

Highly Recommend

We absolutely loved this house. The layout was perfect. We honestly didn't know what to expect because sometimes pictures can be deceiving, in this case, the pictures online does not do the home justice. We loved the openness in the living room/kitchen area. The master bedroom's shower was awesome!!! No need to bring towels or sheets. There is plenty in the home. And having washer and dryer there was a HUGE plus. We also enjoyed the tandem kayak!!! We highly recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our stay. Especially the manatees that came up the canal to visit us. A neighbor told us that if we put the garden hose in the water that the manatee would drink from it like a straw. It was fascinating. The home was comfortable for the four of us. I have a bad back and was concerned about the firmness of the king sized bed. It was perfect for me. I would definitely recommend this home to a friend. Sandy A.

Immaculate house

We had a great experience at the house. It was immaculate. The house was stocked with all the basic necessities and we really didn't need to bring anything but food. We were able to kayak and paddleboard behind the house. The house is good for all ages. I would highly recommend this house.

This is a double wide newly renovated...clean spacious home. We had 4 adults and 3 kids plenty of room for all. Boat dock on the canal easy access to Adams cut.. Owners were very courteous. Would definitely come back.

What makes this property unique

Cross Key Waterway is a beutiful quiet area. Close to Adams Waterway. Children enjoy paddleboarding and swimming right behind the house in the clean clear water.
