This comfortable Villa has 2 bed rooms, one with aircon and a full-size bed, the other one with a sofa bed for 2 kids, a shower bath room, a cozy lounge and dining area with aircon and wood burner and a perfectly fitted american kitchen with dish washer. Ideal for 2-4 people. Outside there are various terraces, one of them with a large sun shade, and an amazing roofed BBQ with dining area. On the lower level, accessible by only a few steps, there is a 8 x 4 m swimming pool with sun terrace and beautiful gardens with lawn and mediterranean plants. The villa is equipped with air conditioning (in 1 bed room and in the living room), ceiling fans, wood burner, Wifi Internet, Sat-TV (Astra), dish washer, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, microwave, moskito blinds and electric shutters, garden furniture and sun beds. There is also a private parking at the entrance of the plot. The area of Denia at the most beautiful Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination.
