Cala Pi è un'urbanizzazione tranquilla con solo 1 hotel, 3 ristoranti e 2 supermercati, il resto sono case individuali.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool is a dream. Things you should know: the place needs a bit of work. There are broken flooring tile, needs paint, could have been cleaned better outside before our stay. We had to have the a/c unit fixed but it looks like it had been leaking for a while (moldy damage). Overall, it was just the snarky feedback I got that wasn’t appreciated but all in all, attentive to what we needed.

'The villa is beautiful a...

'The villa is beautiful and very comfortable, its clean and very practical. The views from the terrace are outstanding and I will for sure stay here again. Cala Pi is a very small very quite village. I fully recommend this villa for family holiday. A car is a must'.

Fantastic

Just had a fantastic week at the villa , the location was perfect and the views to wake up to every morning were amazing . The villa had everything u could possibly want and Aris the owner even provided a cot and high chair. The pool and outside areas were great and maybe there are a few aspects of the villa that are looking a little tired it certainly doesnt stop it being a great place to go

Back again...and there is a reason why

Second visit at this wonderful place with stunning view. As we are coming back you know we´re going to wright is good. We had some minor setback with AC but this was rapidly fixed by Aris (the owner). We´ll be happy to come back a third time if we have the opportunity. As Cala Pi is not a "major city" (not what we´re looking for) you really calm down together with a private massive pool of your own and the stunning, breathtaking view. If you want to go into Palma its only 20 min away by car. Nice stay again!!

Loved it.

Everything we wanted for a week by the pool. Beautiful house, amazing views, very comfortable, big bedrooms, great pool and lots of terrace space for everybody, front, back and upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped so staying in and cooking was really easy. The shop across the road, indeed expensive but perfect to get your milk, bread etc but you do need to visit bigger supermarket. The bar (attached to shop) also very sweet and people very friendly. Highly recommend eating at Taverna La Paleta - amazing food and service but you have to book! Location was perfect for us, we didn't want to do loads so chilling by the pool with a couple of trips out was just what we wanted. It's just 5 minutes walk to the beach. The owner Aris, was quick to answer questions before our stay, very helpful and nothing too much trouble. We would 100% go back again.

Second visit to the villa

The location is great - only 30min from the airport and 3min walk to the beach and restaurants. The outdoor area is a dream and the pool is wonderful and large. The interior is functional and the bathrooms in particular are very dated. One has to speak of a renovation backlog in the meantime. But we knew that from last time and came back anyway. The cleaning was unfortunately not perfect and we found several white hairs from previous guests but we are not that sensitive. The price-performance ratio is still good and we enjoyed every day. Only the welcome by the manager could have been more extensive. He unlocked the door for us and showed us where the Wi-Fi password is - that's it. But that was no different on our first visit. Thank you Aris for being our host again.

Stunning views but with many things to fix

We stayed at this house in September 2022, and it was certainly something special. But not always in a good way. Before we even arrived at the house, we were supposed to contact a phone number provided by in the mail. However, the person did not respond to any text or calls. We only got into the house since the doors were open. Again we were not informed about it. The person only responded when asked about the Wi-Fi password and the alarm, to which they responded not very friendly via text message Another minor thing was that we did expect 6 bathrooms, like the website suggested, but that is an easy fix. The bathrooms itself were not very clean and one of the shower curtains was actually moldy upon arrival. Many other things were also broken, such as one of the wheels for the dishwasher for example. In general, the house had signs of much usage. The overall cleanliness was also not the best, and we had little to no options to clean ourselves, as there were no brooms (or at least we couldn't find them) and the vacuum cleaner was full and in need of a new bag. The property itself was in the cute town of Cala Pi, with shops and a little beach around the corner. But it was in need of a good cleans as well. There was trash beside the gate that was there when we arrived and still when we left, which was not very nice to look at. The pool was cleaned twice, or at least the filter was cleaned. The pool was very nice and super big, but deeper than expected, at least 1.85 m at the far end. Otherwise, the house itself had a stunning view, probably one of the best ones we've had on the island so far. Also, convenient was the fact that there was enough space for at least two cars on the property, as the street parking was always full. The kitchen also had everything anyone might need, from pots and pans to enough plates to feed a football team. Overall, the house definitely lives off the views and the pool as the rest was not very satisfying.

"io e la mia famiglia abbiamo scoperto questa splendida casa 2 anni fa e vi abbiamo trascorso 2 splendide vacanze. La villa ha veramente una posizione splendida con la sua meravigliosa piscina a picco sul mare che la rende veramente unica.Questo anno avremmo voluto tornarci anche a settembre, ma purtroppo quando avevamo le ferie la casa era gia'' occupata."

Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Ausblick und ein tolles Pool, sowie eine weitläufige Terrasse (wie in vielen anderen Rezessionen bereits beschreiben) Ansonsten ist das Haus wie auch schon erwähnt in die Jahre gekommen und würde ein Fresh up benötigen. Die Außenanlage inkl. Loungemöbel könnte mal eine Reinigung vertragen.Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und für 10 Personen war alles da, was man so brauchen kann und noch mehr!Eines der Badezimmer ist neu renoviert und top, die anderen Badezimmer sind sehr überschaubar und eher klein. Im 3. Badezimmer selbst ist keine Badewanne - die steht im Schlafzimmer frei - ohne Duschvorhang und definitiv in die Jahre gekommen, so das man sie nicht nützen möchte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und er hat sich um unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert! Vielen Dank nochmals!Wir haben uns Ende Oktober sehr wohlgefühlt und Preis/Leistung hat gepasst, nochmals würden wir jedoch nicht nochmals kommen.

Wunderbare Lage, grandiose Aussicht und toller Pool. Nicht nur von der großzügigen Terrasse lässt sich den ganzen Tag das atemberaubende Panorama bestaunen. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Lebensmittel etc hat ein gut sortierter Laden gegenüber. Die Bucht ist über etliche Stufen gut zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war problemlos und schnell. Gerne werden wir dorthin zurückkehren.

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Aufenthalt. Der Blick ist einzigartig und der Pool sensationell. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend. Ja, das Haus ist vielleicht ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen zu viel Deko, aber das ist bei dem Ausblick Nebensache.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir sind zu zehnt dort gewesen und der Pool war das absolute Highlight. Es gibt auch einen Grill. Man läuft nur 3 Minuten zur gegenüberliegenden Bucht. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurde nichts erklärt etc., sondern nur die Schlüssel ubergeben. In einem Schlafzimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, aber ansonsten war alles super

Das Haus ist sehr abgewohnt. Schon wenn man die Türe öffnet riecht es muffig. Im Wohnbereich gibt es keine Klimaanlage, auch keinerlei Ventilatoren. Eine Klimaanlage hat überhaupt nicht gekühlt. Ein Bad und die Küche wurden in den letzten Jahren saniert, der Rest ist Standard 1990. Völlig abgenutzte dreckige Lounge Möbel und Überdachung. Treppe zum Strand nicht begehbar. Es gibt keinen Safe. Im Haus selbst Ungeziefer. Zu erwähnen ist, der Pool ist Weltklasse und die Aussicht ebenfalls. Das Haus hätte ein Riesenpotential!

Wir waren Sechs Personen und hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit. Die Lage des Hauses und der sehr große Pool haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir weniger mit dem Mietwagen die Insel erkundet haben sogar zur nahe gelegenen Traumbucht von Cala Pi sind wir nur einmal, weil es so schön am Haus war

Ankunft gut Keine persönliche Übergabe Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber schöne Lage und toller Pool Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer top, wenn benötigt👍 Hier kann man für den Preis nicht mehr erwarten, andere Objekte in der Lage und Größe kosten mehr, deshalb sind Mängel völlig akzeptabel

Wir waren zu 8 Personen im Haus (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer in 2 Schlafzimmern sind wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Gemessen am Mietpreis für die Woche sollte hier m.E. mal investiert werden. Ansonsten wirklich tolles Haus, super Lage, schöner Ort. Man sollte ein Auto für die Zeit buchen. Es ist nicht so viel im Ort
