About this property

Modern bungalow with heated pool, 50m from the sea - whirlpool -

The Casa Blanca II offers the same modern and tasteful furnishings and infrastructure as well as personal care as your popular big sister Casa Blanca I.
It is designed with 2 bedrooms (new box spring beds) and an associated bathroom for 2-4 people.

In every bedroom as well as in the living area you will find flat-screen TVs and low-noise air conditioning systems, which enable a pleasant climate in summer and winter.
Other technical features include high-speed WLAN, printer with scan function, tablet PC and Sonos speakers

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment u. a. a fully automatic coffee machine.

The large, palm-fringed garden with sun loungers and large pool (heated in winter) offers a very good change from the beautiful bay of Cala Pi and the natural beach Es trenc (15 min. ) Drive.
An outdoor whirlpool under palm trees brings you additional relaxation.

The large terrace with Weber gas grill is ideal for cozy evenings in the garden.


The house is located in a mixed settlement with mostly single-family houses, which are inhabited by both tourists and locals. A communicative meeting of all children present on site takes place on the adjacent sports field. In the town center is a small shop for everyday needs. There are also some restaurants and a bar. In the center there is also access to the picturesque bay of Cala Pi. There you will find a beautiful sandy beach and crystal-clear water with its own bathing area. The bay is also often used as a berth by yachts.

As you are used to from Casa Blanca I, you can expect personal German support, which is available to you in all matters at any time!

Enjoy your stay in a nice, relaxed atmosphere at the house or in the small village center of Cala Pi between Germans and locals

The bungalow was modern, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Cala Pi was a bit too far of a walk with 2 kids so we drove there as well as many other beaches and towns across the island, so it was nice to have the enclosed property grounds for the kids to run around and swim. The hot tub is a very nice addition. The area does not have many restaurants, grocery stores and has no close petrol stations. Location was not bad to get to beaches like Es Trenc or Cala LLomards or even to Palma but crossing the island was more challenging as the return could be quite long. Kitchen was quite small. We found the larger refrigerator and washer with a dryer on the exterior of the bungalow - all was quite nice although the drying rack did a better job drying our clothes than the dryer which was surprising. Communication with host was generally great. Only check in issue was that all instructions and detail was in German without a Spanish translation. Overall nice stay if you're looking to check out Cala Pi and the surrounding area.

Von der Anmietung bis zur Abreise hatten wir einen perfekten Ablauf. Christian hat es Gastgeber sich intensiv gekümmert und die kürzeste Zeit auf Fragen reagiert. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage, nahe zu Cala Pi, das mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern wunderbar zu erreichen ist. Eine sehr ruhige, angenehme Umgebung, die das gesamte Bild des Hauses abrunden Sauberkeit und Ausstattung wirklich sehr gut im Garten mit Swimmingpool und Jacuzzi. Eine perfekte Ausstattung. Daneben schöne Rückzugsrecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit hervorragendem Aussenbereich.Alle Alltäglichen Gegenstände sind vorhanden, das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Klimaanlagen kühlen hervorragend und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr angenehm, aber es ist empfehlenswert einen Mietwagen zu nutzen.Der Pool ist sehr sauber und angenehem von der Temperatur und der Whirlpool ergänzt das Ganze hervorragend.Zur Bucht in Cala Pi kommt man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten oder man kann die Fahrräder des Hauses nutzen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Aufteilung der Räume für uns als 3 köpfige Familie wirklich perfekt. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass alles was man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch an Ausstattung benötigt, vorhanden ist was heutzutage nicht mehr überall selbstverständlich ist. Der große Pool und der direkt dahinter liegende beheizte Whirlpool ist eine Wucht. Diese haben wir jeden Tag genutzt und sehr genossen. Erwähnenswert ist außerdem die schnelle und unverzügliche Hilfe von Herrn Weiss der uns die Information der Unterkunft über WhatsApp nachreichte, die wir seitens der FeWo App (wohl aufgrund einer Störung) nicht bekommen haben. Vielen Dank nochmal an Stelle für die wirklich schnelle Hilfe. Alles in allem können wir diese Unterkunft samt sehr nettem Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Kurze Auszeit

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt, die Betten waren super bequem und das Haus sehr sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit genügend Gläsern und Allem was man so braucht. Der Pool war auch wirklich beheizt, so dass wir ihn Ende Januar benutzen konnten. Kommen gerne wieder.

Gute Ferienwohnung

Das Objekt ist alles in allem gut, Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend, ein Highlight war der beheizte Pool und Whirlpool im Winter. Die Lage etwas abseits, man benötigt einen Mietwagen. Wir würden wiederkommen, wenn ein paar kleinere Dinge wie kaputte Badschränke, kaputte Mülleimer, Klobürsten usw. mal ausgetauscht werden würden und man einige Dinge entkalken würde (Kaffeemaschinentank war sehr verkalkt, genauso wie die Duschen). Ein paar Spinnweben hätten auch entfernt gehört. Die Handtücher waren leider auch total hart und der Trockner ging ebenfalls leider nicht. Hatten versucht die Handtücher durchzuwaschen, aber leider nicht trocken bekommen. Vier Leute können auch nacheinander nicht duschen, dann geht das warme Wasser aus. Alles Dinge, die man ohne Aufwand erledigen kann. Alles andere hat, bis auf eine Doppelbuchung (worauf uns dieses Objekt angeboten wurde) gut geklappt. Etwas nachbessern, dann ist alles tiptop!

Traumhaft schön mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Im Haus war es bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber - von aussen nicht ganz so, aber das kann auch Sahara-Staub oder Blütenstaub gewesen sein, bei dem man nicht hinterherkommt, mit Saubermachen (Markise, Fenster, Rollläden). Abgesehen davon ist aber auch die Aussenanlage sehr schön und gepflegt mit Terrasse, Pool, Whirlpool und dem Garten mit riesigen Palmen. Man lann sich wirklich wohlfühlen im Objekt. Wenn tatsächlich alles funktioniert hätte, wäre es wirklich perfekt gewesen, aber das ist schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Für den Premiumanspruch jedoch sollte z.B. auch die Pooltechnik funktionieren und die Rollläden sich schliessen lassen. Es ist leider niemandem aufgefallen, dass der Poolfilter ausgefallen war und daher das Wasser bereits voller Schwebstoffe war. Wir haben es direkt unserem Kontakt vor Ort gemeldet, aber leider konnte am Wochenende hier nichts mehr korrigiert werden. Etwa jeder zweite Rollladen klemmt in der oberen Position und lässt sich daher nicht ohne weiteres schließen. Wie gesagt, Kleinigkeiten und sonst funktionierte alles. Gut wäre noch eine Anleitung für die Alarmanlage. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft vorbehaltlos.

Danke für ihre Bewertung . Pool sollte fertig sein , Rollläden sind für die Schlafzimmer schon geliefert und werden in 2 getauscht . Die Alarmanlage ist eigentlich für die nicht vermietete Zeit gedacht und zu verhindern dass sich unbemerkt Wohnungsbesetzer einnisten. Aber eine Anleitung kommt trotzdem.

Mutter Tochter Urlaub

Das Haus war für meine Tochter und mich perfekt auch wenn der Start etwas holprig war. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus nicht gereinigt, die Betten nicht bezogen und wir hatten kein Wasser, da die Pumpe defekt war. Die Reinigung wurde nach einem Anruf von einer sehr bemühten Dame dann sofort erledigt. Das Wasser funktionierte erst am nächsten späten Vormittag. Trotzdem würde ich das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen, da die Aufteilung der Räume perfekt für uns war und die Ausstattung gut ist

Dass das Haus nicht gereinigt war ist wirklich nicht schön. Es ist besonders unverständlich, weil es vorher frei war und Ihre Ankunft seit längerem bekannt und eingetragen war. Wir werden unseren Hausservice ab jetzt immer nochmal am Tag vor der Anreise anschreiben und um eine Fertigmeldung bitten. Eine kaputte Pumpe kann leider mal vorkommen. Beim Mieter vorher ( Abreise 3 Tage vor Ihrer Anreise) war noch alles ok. Vielleicht wäre es beim zeitgerechten Putzen aufgefallen, aber sie könnte auch danach kaputt gegangen sein. Die Handwerksfirma war dann doch wenigstens relativ schnell. Schadensfeststellung nach 20:30 Uhr und Reparatur bis zum nächsten Mittag. Das hatten wir in Deutschland und vor allem in Spanien schon deutlich langsamer. Wir bieten Ihnen eine Gutschrift für den nächsten Urlaub oder eine Erstattung für den gerade verbrachten Urlaub an. Tolle Urlaubswoche

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben insbesondere den Whirlpool, die Terrasse und die Boxspringbetten sehr genossen. Auch die Umgebung war sehr angenehm und die Nähe zur Küste/zur Bucht von Cala Pi war toll.
