Nice house with beautiful view

Overall we had a very nice stay in the house. The house was spacious and very well equipped. The airconditioning was really a big plus as we were at the house in the middle of a heatwave. Around the house there is always a shadowplace to sit during the day ( and sun as well of course). The pool is not that large but enough to cool down an we really liked the stairs in the pool where we sat in the water and read a book. And the views are beautiful. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood and it felt safe. However you should be aware that you are in the outskirts of a town and because the town is in the valley the noises of the town are carried (like cars and motors with loud exhaustion pipes, live music from a bar ocasionally) and we were unlucky to have some neighbors play music in the garden a few times. But maybe we are just spoiled as we live in a very quit neighborhood ourselves. A few remarks\tips for the owner to futher improve the experience: - the shower in the downstairs bathroom doesn’t flow very well, a floor wiper would really help to get rid of the access of water (the floor mop wasn’t well suited for this). - an overview with emergency numbers and maybe some tips for shops, restaurants and insiders siteseeing tips ( not the standard folders) would be highly appreciated. - personally we would flip the two beds of the middle room and the ensuite as the middle room had the bigger bed and the ensuite is likely to be used by the parents of the family.

Très bon séjour

Belle maison avec piscine et barbecue au calme. Commerces accessibles à pied. Très bon accueil même si la maison fut compliquée à trouver. Hôte disponible et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons ! Nous reviendrons surement…

Maison très agréable à vivre

Maison spacieuse , très bon emplacement mais en même temps un peu en retrait et au calme . Piscine de bonne taille , suffisante pour bien en profiter .

Tutto perfetto!

Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, ci ha lasciato stare addirittura qualche ora in più il giorno della partenza, avendo il traghetto la sera. Casa spaziosa, 3 belle camere da letto, 2 bagni ,adatta anche a 2 famiglie, poiché spazi generosi, cucina ben dotata di ogni elettrodomestico, piscina pulita, vista su porto vecchio. Casa a 2 minuti dal centro e ai negozi, in zona ci sono le spiagge più belle della corsica del sud

Maison très bien située

À 5mn en voiture de tous les commerces, du centre ville et du port cette maison est très bien située. La vue et la piscine sont très sympas. À l’intérieur, beaucoup de choses vieillottes qui manquent de se casser. La propriétaire nous a dit qu’elle avait prévu de refaire les sdb et la cuisine, ce qui est est nécessaire. 2 des 3 chambres ont des lits neufs, en revanche la 3ème à un lit dont on sent les ressorts. La propriétaire a dit qu’elle allait le changer.

Maison avec vue sur la baie de Porto Vecchio

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est très confortable avec une vue sur la baie depuis la terrasse et l’intérieur de la maison. Il y a la Climatisation dans les 3 chambres et le séjour très appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs que l’on a eu. Petite piscine mais très agréable et suffisante pour s’amuser et se rafraîchir. La maison est bien située, 5 mn des commerces et du centre-ville en voiture, 15 mn des plages de Palombaggia et de Santa Giulia . Seul petit bémol, beaucoup de moustiques cela nous a empêché de profiter de la terrasse à partir de 18 h.

Excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique

Agréable et grande maison au calme offrant une vue imprenable sur le golfe de Porto Vecchio et idéalement située (les commerces sont à 15min à pieds) Un grand merci à Rodica pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. En résumé, d'excellentes vacances passées sur cette île magnifique 👍 (Seul petit regret : l'absence d'ombre/ d'abri pour y garer une voiture...)

Porto Veccio

Jolie maison très près de Porto Veccio. Propriétaire rapide et disponible. 3 grandes chambres et magnifique lieux extérieurs. Piscine petite mais agréable chauffée sur demande (avec un frais). Les belles plages sont à 10-15 min en auto et la vieille ville toute proche. Cuisine un peu plus vieillotte mais fonctionnelle.

Super nice house on very attractive location

The is well equipped and centrally yet very quietly located. All beaches in short driving distance, supermarket around the corner and the centre of Porto Vecchio even on walking distance. Comfortable pool with stunning view. Very nice and responsive owner.

Maison tres agréable et idéalement située.

Maison spacieuse et accueillante, 3 grandes chambres à l’étage. La propriétaire réside à côté, attentive et discrète. Petite piscine bien agréable pour se rafraîchir, l’alarme fonctionnait très bien. Très bien située : sur une petite colline résidentielle , derrière une zone commerciale (5min voiture), 8 min du centre et de la marina. Idéale pour les expéditions plages, aiguilles de Bavela, Bonifacio etc ...

Tout a été parfait .Bonne aqueeill, maison très belle , vue très belle, entièrement climatisé ! Rien ne manque pour que tout soit parfait ! Nous avons été gâtés.
