Perfect for our family of 6!!!

The accommodations, location and beach access were perfect for us. We loved the way the condo was set up. The pool was directly across from us and the beach was right across the street. I loved the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. My husband and I were able to spend some quality time on the back porch after the kids went to bed. The abundance of hooks for drying bathing suits and towels were especially convenient. We will definitely book here again. The rental agency was easy to work with and to communicate with-loved having an app!

Caution tape and inspection failed noticed

There was caution tape on many of the rails/stairs. There was an inspection failed notice on the railing of our building. The place almost looks like it could come down at any moment.

Needs an update.

Needs new flooring badly, the dishwasher leaked so we had to hand wash dishes for 8 ppl for 7 days, tack strips were exposed making barefoot walking painful at times, the bars in both bathtubs were missing, the towel rack in the hall bathroom had been pulled out of the wall but left in the kitchen on the counter for us to find, the clear door or the fridge was broke, the cable tv didn't work nor did the ice maker. Someone did come out to fix the tv which our kids had unplugged but the cable was still out beforehand. I'm sure I could have called for everything else, there's more, but we were trying to limit our COVID exposure as much as possible. The outside of the place was much better than last year and construction looks to be complete.

Southwind Resort

There was so much construction that nobody told us about so every day we were woken up between 6:00am and 7:00am. Another issue there was no where that explains that you are only give like one parking pass than you have to buy the others if you need them. Which I think is crazy because they went to 8 people in one place and only one parking pass? That didn’t work. Also they cost $25 a piece. We ended up going out a lot so it wasn’t too bad we had a lot of fun on our trip anyway. Over all we love PCB thanks for the vacation!

Double Paradise was awesome

Miss Kay is the best. She checks to make sure everything is going well and that you have everything you need. She’s a wonderful hostess. We had a great time and are already planning our next trip to Double Paradise.

Very close to the beach walking distance. The house was spacious but the pillow cases and sheets had stains. Regardless I never use them anyways I take my own. Overall it was comfortable, affordable and I would definitely stay there again.
